I have been doing business with Baytree flowers for a number of years both personally and with my employer . I have had such amazing flowers from Emma . I can always recommend this shop to my friends and family. The service I have received has always been to the highest standard. Since the coffee shop has opened and expanded I have always been made welcome, the staff will always go the extra mile for customers. I know Emma will always put the customer first . This place is the most amazing little coffee shop and florist I know. It is so obvious from the minute you walk in the door how loved this place is. Not only by the customers but the staff too. I contacted Baytree flowers from Doncaster, South Yorkshire on the off chance they could deliver some flowers for my Aunt, who lived locally. The help I was given was 1st class. The lady who dealt with me was Emma, she even sent me a picture of the beautiful flowers. Well done for going to so much trouble for the customers satisfaction. Best wishes for your future!
Absolutely one of the most lovely and charming placing I have ever been, has quirky modern decorating, relaxing atmosphere, loads of options for tea’s, coffees, cakes and snacks. The welcoming owners and staff is really refreshing as they are very attentive. My wife and I try to take our son once a week and if we don’t go he cries. Highly recommended.
What a great asset to the community. Lovely flowers beautifully arranged and you can sit and wait with a freshly made panini and great coffee. Very friendly and not pretentious

What a wonderful display of flowers Emma created for a recent family funeral. The colours were just as I had asked. Emma went out of her way to get the flowers to the funeral on a day when she is normally closed. Thank you very much Emma.
If I could give more stars I would!! What a lovely experience I had at this little gem of a shop. The florist was so delightful & helpful she went out of her way to assist me. She was really busy making flowers for a wedding and although she didn’t have the time she stopped what she was doing to create a beautiful bouquet of flowers they were stunning. Such a lovely coffee shop too ! Delightful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really lovely service. They are helpful and understanding. They comforted me when i almost had an anxiety attack. Truly a safe space for people with mental health.
