Been a few times, cozy restaurant with amiable staff. The food is excellent, had a tomahawk steak which came with five different sauces last time, one of the best I have ever had. Reasonably priced too, so will keep coming back!

Lovely food and great service. The Smoked Salmon & Prawn Salad starter of the specials board was lovely as was the Rigatoni San Rocco. My dad had the Lamb Shank which was really nice and so tender that he never used his knife as the most just fell off the bone.

By far one of the best places I’ve been in the area, delicious authentic food, lovely caring staff and the most helpful management, if you are after good food and Italian standard service highly recommend. We asked for some food for the baby and manager immediately gave us a solution of what you can feed a 9month old baby on diversification even though their kids menu is designed for kids of older aga. Thanks very much and will definitely be back even though it’s not as close to our house as I would normally consider returning to.

Welcoming ,pleasant staff. The menu is reasonably comprehensive without being too ambitious. I asked for a dish not on the menu and the waiter did not bat an eyelid, and, the dish was prepared expertly. Prices are reasonable, staff are attentive without being cloying. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Had the lunchtime menu which had some great choices. Staff are friendly and efficient. I had lasagna followed by a trio of delicious icecream. My son had the sea bass, followed by chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. All the food we had was well presented and absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant, which is housed in a fabulous building with some lovely quirky features. Be perfect for family get-togethers.

Just moved local and thought we would give it a try for tea Tues night, on booking i did see the earlybird offer which was a possibility, when we arrived we were greated and seated by a nice happy guy, menu on the table was only the main one, the staff did show us the specials board that my partner ordered from, but i had to give my order and specify its the earlybird menu, didnt feel comfortable speaking out as it wasnt offered to us at any point(but why pay more for the same dishes i was ordering) ..anyway moving on the staff 2 italian lads were very on the ball & very polite and the food quality was so fulfilling, we were already planning a regular mid week tea here, its been a longtime since wev both enjoyed an italian meal out and the bill was a pleasure to pay £66 for 4 alcohol drinks, 2 starters, 2 mains, g cheese bread, £6 service charge - grateful as we always tip Cant wait to come back with the family and try more dishes Elaine & Neil
