Love this place, been going there since the start and delighted to see their progression going from strength to strength. My son is Celiac, so it’s nice to be able to go somewhere which caters for this. They are always cheerful, helpful, great service. Food is nice, the sandwiches are really yummy and so it the cooked breakfast. The atmosphere is nice, love the chickens and cats roaming about. I can’t fathom why anyone has left 1 or 2 stars but no review, seems like a malicious act rather than a genuine one, I’ve visited a dozen times or more and always had a positive experience.

An amazing find. We will be returning soon. Locally sourced food and drink which was both delicious and good value for money and the coffee was really good. The staff were friendly and my son and I were taken to see the new chicks by one of the staff. They have cats as well as chickens (a great draw for my children) and plenty of outside seating. The decor was nice and the place had a friendly cosy atmosphere. They are great for lunch or tea and cake (lots of gluten free options) and are apparently open for evening meals.

Interesting place to stop off, in a good location.. Meaning you don't need to go into Ashford or Faversham for a bite to eat. Feels like you are entering the grounds of someones house (you are) and there are hens clucking around the plants and grounds. Food and service were good and friendly. One (small) criticism, was that the inside and outside was a little untidy, and to the rear, where you park, feels like a builders yard (I think it is). There were rooms, not being used by the public with 'stuff' in, looking a bit messy. That said, don't be put off: it's a very child friendly place, the food was nice (and coffee too), and we enjoyed ourselves. They also offer various Fitness and yoga type classes in the room above the tea-room.

Such a nice cafe. We had a really great breakfast for a sensible price. The staff were really friendly and they even allowed our dogs to come in too 😊

Lovely venue, small but friendly. Dog friendly. Accessible. Clean, bright, don't be put off by the car park. Very good prices and range of food. Recommend.

Unexpected discovery! Superb coffee, a good strength - even in a latte - and lovely flavour. Teacakes unusual too, tasty and spicy with a really good texture. And a very friendly welcome too, what's not to like!

Great food in quirky place - loved the chickens roaming about! Had vegan/veggie choices too all home made. Will definitely go again.

A comfortable, homely little place, offering coffee, snacks and more substantial meals all day. Good seating both inside and out - perhaps for more people than can be accommodated in the car park!

The afternoon tea here deserves 5 stars. Generous tasty amounts of various bites and can cater for vegetarian requests. Make sure you book.
