used this place while on holiday for one meal and the pub was dog friendly and even offered meals for my dog. The staff were so friendly and even payed alot of attention to my dog. So one quick pint turned in to dinner and a revisit of 3 more times during the week and cant wait to go back and try ag
Very lovely pub. Always come here when down for a few days. Staff always friendly and food always good. Menu is a bit limited but they’ve tried to ensure there’s a good variety. There is a kid’s menu and dogs are welcome.
Lovely pub. We've been coming for years and look forward to visiting every time. Kids love the garden and the goats. We've had the carvery and it's amazing. Good range of beers and soft drinks but most of all I love the ceiling 💕
Lovely old pub in the middle of Charmouth. Great beers from Otter and St Austell breweries. A small but adequate menu and great out door beer garden. Of course hugely dog friendly, with a menu for your hound too. Great visit. Thank you
Lovely place for a relaxing drink after a visit to the beach. We would have liked to have eaten there and it did say food available all day on the Web site. When we got there it finished serving at 2pm and didn't start again till 6pm.
Goods vegetarian options, excellent selection of drinks and even do food for dogs. Very friendly staff, quick service and they have goats in the back! Outdoor seating is massive - well worth a visit 10/10!!!!!
Beautiful countryside pub, staff were really lovely and very accommodating to a large group that turned up on a very wet and windy day! We all had such a lovely time! Atmosphere was awesome and great food was enjoyed!! Will definitely be coming back when we're next in Charmouth!!
Great pub. Friendly and welcoming, we visited twice while staying in Charmouth, at lunch and in the evening, the food was good both times. There is a lovely beer garden which the kids enjoyed, and a nice atmosphere inside.
Lovely family favouring public house serving a range of food aimed at a well researched clientele. Unpretentious and unassuming it caters for summer visitors - and doubtlessly for just locals out of season.
We went for a drink and lunch. The service was excellent as was the food. A quiet but atmospheric pub where you can relax and unwind. Well worth a visit.
Fantastic historic pub! Great food, great drinks. A wonderful garden with plenty of apparatus for children of all ages and two lovely goats at the end of the garden in a big sized area that can be fed and petted!
Nice, atmospheric pub that allows dogs to join their owners (and if you have an allergy or are afraid of dogs, don't go here). Can take over an hour to get food on a busy Friday in the month of August, but it was to be expected for that time of the year. The fishcakes I had were lovely as was the ba
