Sometime ago Creams used to make banana splits but it has not been on their menu in ages.
Today Jack served us and what a friendly and helpful guy he was. Having established he had been there for 6 years we knew he would know how to make them and he did. Wow, the best banana splits ever, with all the old ingredients included. Not for a moment did he hesitate about re creating our old favourite and what fantastic job he did.
Service was amazing. All credit to Jack for making our day!

This is the best local creams in my opinion. Its a lot cleaner compared to the others in Medway and the staff are very friendly here. The food is also much better quality and tastes great and always comes out fresh and hot.

Was great food here, really enjoyed it.
But shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes from the time my partner got her dessert till the time I received mine!
As you can see from the second picture that my partner nearly finished hers and the ice-cream was melted before I even received mine.
It was at 19:30pm so not like it was busy.

I am regular to Creams, and enjoy this place, especially sitting outside. I enjoy the delicious cookie dough and have tried the other flavored ice creams and sorbets. Thank you guys keep up the good work and looking forward to tying out the bubble tea soon :)

It was very busy today as it was hot. The desserts were great but I've knocked off a star because the waffle came first but the sundaes took another 15 minutes to arrive. I don't mind waiting but ideally it should all turn up around the same time when they do finally arrive

Undeniably serves the best milkshakes in Medway. The flavors are exquisite, and the quality is exceptional. However, the only downside is the steep price. While the taste is worth it, be prepared to dig deeper into your pockets for this delightful treat.

Terrible service tonight...waitress was rude when we asked for a little bit more ice cream as they seemed to have made the portion sizes smaller...waitress said NO....so we had dry waffles which was disgusting...place has gone right down hill since it opened.

When this place first opened it was a great treat for the family and was so popular that queues used to be out the door, unfortunately it is no longer a pleasant place to visit - reflected in all the recent reviews. Our second bad experience today. Ice creams all delivered at different times and long waits despite being one of only 3 occupied tables....staff were having a lovely time chatting amongst themselves although offered no warm welcome or attention to customers. We were over charged as our order was taken incorrectly and when we brought this up to the staff were told 'what do you want me to do about it?' And the staff were argumentative and rude. Appaling service, average over priced food, dirty toilets and generally looking shabby with gaffer tape holding seats together! Place needs fixing up and more importantly staff require customer service training. If anyone is considering a visit I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money...plenty of much nicer places around that offer better quality food and customer service. Disappointed and ruined a family treat.

This could be the last time one I go here. They have put up their prices, portion seem smaller and worst of all completely changed the menu and a new menu card to look at.
It's appalling, gone has the glossy menu giving a classy look to the place, now it's more like one from Joes Cafe.
Makes the whole place seem down market.
Definitely not good marketing, lost its allure.

This place has gone down hill so fast , there were five of us that ordered in total it took 55 minutes to get the order to us and it was not busy , when asked a member of staff why , he was not helpful at all just kept saying everything cooked fresh for me , ok 2 of us only had a cup of tea and the other water one small ice cream , crepe and waffles , the staff are really not interested!

Visited creams on the evening of 15.09.17 and the service was appalling, the place was a total mess, dirty floors and tables and the actuall layout of the restaurant look terrible. The staff were friendly and were rushed of their feet, there was clearly a staff shortage. It took ages to order as only one person on the till then about half an hour to get out order that was on top of the 20 minute wait before we even got our simple order of 1 scoop of.coconut icecream, one 2 scoop chocolate cone and my little boy had a small bubble gum dessert with sprinkles. My ice cream the coconut one was horrible it was grainy and a funny consistency. Hubbies and boys were lovely. It's a real shame to see something go down hill so badly especially when the poor staff that were on duty were working their socks off. Was my husband's first time.visiting and he wasn't impressed which is a real shame as I remember bringing the children when you first opened and it was amazing.

How can you go wrong with a giant waffle with nuttella, banana ice cream and caramel. Little bit of heaven. Service was quick and friendly. Delicious.

Not quite sure what’s happened to the old Creams menu but was very disappointed with my apple waffle (old apple jacks)! One apple pie, not even hot, was smashed, upside down in front of the waffle, again not hot, served with a minute sprinkling of cinnamon � massive let down as I was expecting the dish I’d had before.... hubbys latte was luke warm on serving, like the water hadn’t been boiled properly. Very disappointing visit.

Went here around 2ish on 7/10/17 we had an expected 20 minute wait due to how busy it was. But what I didn't expect was the greeting staff to queue jump a family that had only been waiting 5 minutes. It seemed strange that after the people in front of us in the queue complained both them & us were seated within 2 minutes.
After being shown to our table & handed the menu we were both shocked & disappointed, the menu has changed to a flimsy one with no pictures to Show what the food looks like & the choice of food has been dramatically reduced since the last time we came.
We couldn't find anything that we wanted so got up & left without ordering.

Given that this isn’t a “restaurant”, in the typical sense, and provides desserts, it took a very long time to get seated, order and be served.
The layout of the place isn’t conducive of a smooth running restaurant, from the point of entry to being served.
It demonstrates a lack of training, and management and disappointing.
The dessert was good, but for the time taken, we expect better.

Had been before and things were good. Took the family there after one of our grandsons birthday treats at Flipout. Seated straight away, but when I looked at the menu I found that the sundae I had had before which had mangoes in was no longer there, there was a lot less to chose from so I plumped for the Italian Job but sadly wasn't very nice. As we had all travelled down from Dartford it put a
dampers on things. So I don't think I will be going back

Had a great dessert-filled lunch with the family yesterday afternoon. Food was prepared freshly and arrived in good time, plus I got a can of cream soda, which I've not had for years, so result! Definitely be going again but will make sure I have somewhere to lay down afterwards.

Sat in creams as I write this. I have to say it's really gone down hill not great customer service the crepes are not great both me and my friend have put them to the side of the table the hot chocolate I have ordered is so watery it has no taste. What a waste of money this evening extremely disappointed
