My daughter and I love coming to the restaurant as it’s great food, quick services, refillable drinks. The fries and onion rings are to die for..... highly recommended if you want a good burger
Great food good price prompt hot and fresh they need to do something about the draughty door though.
Lovely food and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
I’m a bit conflicted.
I’m American, and I have to admit, they do food that we would serve in America, the decor was cute, and it was conveniently located with our shopping trip.
However, it wasn’t very busy (as you can see in the background of the photo) but we still spent about 10 minutes trying to catch the waiters/waitresses eye each time we needed something like wanting to order, asking for water, and getting the bill. Nobody seemed particularly pleased to be there and the manager (I’m assuming) stood in the doorway arguing with a woman for most of our meal. The woman was also smoking, so with the door being open, the smoke came inside, which put us off a bit. The food was good but super small, the shakes tasted nice, but they were £5 each, and we paid £11 each for our burgers which weren’t bad but definitely not a £40 meal, especially for a lunch
Just went again with a friend, and am editing my review to 4 stars, they were very helpful with our babies (we had two prams) and seemed friendlier today than the last time.
Always nice come here. Staff nice and friendly and welcoming. Food is lovely as normal. Just shame they closed the one at Hempstead valley.
Service was excellent and perfect place for a quick stop for nice food. Went for a birthday meal, and any errors that occurred were fixed promptly.
Bit slow on service but all the food was really good
Went for breakfast food and service was good but the restaurant could of do with a good clean.
Was wary of going here thinking it was just Dean's Diner under a different name (and that was average at best) - was really pleasantly surprised.
Lovely staff, warm atmosphere, perfect lighting and most of all great food! I had the Buffalo Chicken burger, the chicken was fried to perfection and very moist, sauce was incredibly tasty. Brioche bun toasted just right. Side salad was also very good, beautiful dressing.
Partner had the Cheese and Bacon burger and really enjoyed it, and we shared some chicken wings which were also lovely and moist!
Service was very fast even though they were busy, even the music choice was top notch. Their combos are good value for money, which meant a meal with two mains, two sides, a drink and a desert came to £34~.
Will definitely be returning! Hugely recommended.

First time visiting but was an awesome family experience. Several options of activities for the kids . In all it was value for money and a memorable time for the kids.
Due to wet weather in Autumn and winter, it may be better to have an extend reception area to allow many families wait Indoor while being served rather than standing in the rain .
Good customer service 5/5
Surprisingly good. Hot dogs was not my first choice of cuisine but my son recommended it. The hot dogs were really good, with a tasty mustard sauce. Service friendly, prices reasonable.
Popped into this diner prior to cinema today. Not sure what to expect as visited previously when it was Deans diner and was really disappointed . Couldn't be more surprised or pleased!. Good service, excellent cocktails and best burgers we've eaten at an outlet, well done, we will be back now we know your a different diner.
