I have not been in for many years, and what a pleasant suprise, early doors full of regulars, very welcoming and positive atmosphere, the pub is bright and breezy with a good sized outside drinking area, well worth a visit.

Has had many ups and downs over the years. Currently on the up. Usually 5 or 6 real ales with a CAMRA discount. 10%. Good balance between food and drinks. Traditional pub food served at a good price and good standard. Friendly staff. Hard to avoid TV sport for those who are not interested. Love Polly!

Went their after my nieces dogs birthday party, they’d reserved a nice area for us all and all our dogs, we ordered some food and it arrived quickly, very fresh and hot, great pub, great atmosphere highly recommend

Found this place to visit to watch the women’s World Cup final. What a welcoming friendly atmosphere. Met the manager Liam who made sure we got everything we asked for and needed. Took the kids and a small dog, we were all well catered for. Enjoyed some breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience even though England didn’t win. Big thumbs up from us all. Well done guys you’re doing a fab job 👍

It's a good vibe. Really tasty food. Just book a table on their website before you visit if you want to be seated.
A really good selection of beers on tap.
I absolutely love the cocktail pitchers and shots combos.

We had 2 sunday roasts, lamb and beef. It is incredible to have such well done dishes at such low price. The quality was good and the service was excellent. Very happy about it, we will definitely come back.
