I unfortunately spilt my coffee all over the floor and the lovely employee who came to clean it up brought me a replacement coffee. I said that was not necessary as it was totally my fault but she insisted I have a replacement. That was an absolutely lovely act and I will always highly recommend Costa to all my friends and family.
From many Costa Coffee places I have visited few have made such a lovely impression than this one. Cleanliness, service and quality are there in abundance. I looked around for a worthy plaque for award in service to customer but amazed that none around.....Costa you have to send them a worthy notice. No staff names as all were first class and so welcoming.

The coffee shop greatly located at the heart of the Cheadle village on the side of the main road, great services and good quality of food and beverages; Car parking available at the back of both sides of the main road with mobile payments.
We have been going to Costa Cheadle for 2 years and always had a good experience and fantastic customer service. Very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating. Despite how busy the place is, David is fast when serving customers and always smiling with customers, going round and making sure customers got what they want, and if they need more drinks. Thanks for making us feel welcome every time we visit. All the best

Great atmosphere, no point rating the food, it's a coffee place and it's absolutely delicious
I have been in here quite a few times and the staff are always lovely and helpful. There are lots of choices of coffee and teas.

Great place to catch up over a coffee and cake staff very friendly and accommodating tables cleared constantly and area always kept wiped down.
The toilets were also equally as clean and tidy.

Always friendly. Love the hot chocolate and the iced coolers. Cakes are really fresh and tasty. Always come here when I visit Cheadle.
Toilets disgusting. Why dies Costa insist kn unisex toilets, it's just wrong. Pee all seat, floor a disgrace. I hope the staff don't use these toilets when preparing food and drinks.
Popped in here whilst picking a car up in the local dealership. Staff were very friendly, coffee was great and just a really nice atmosphere. One member even gave my son some free marshmallows that he spotted in a jar.
It's a Costa!! I'm sure doesn't need introduction really. Cheadle one staff is always super quick and friendly. For a quick pop in, you just can park on the side. If planning to stay for the cuppa, then plenty of cheap parking available around

I was served by Aaron today and he was so lovely. Found myself smiling at how nice he was to the other customers including me, first thing Saturday morning and I walked out with a smile on my face.
