Good stop over if you walking around. Has car park and pretty big playground. Great view if you sit outside. However, very small tables, specially if you have more then cup of coffee. Food was fine but I would just get coffee next time.
I visit here with my dad who also enjoys the food and atmosphere. Lovely place to eat and a great place if the weather is fine to sit outside and watch the birds on the reservoir.

What a lovely location to sit and watch the wildlife whilst having a tea or something more substantial. Good cafe food freshly cooked and served up by lovely people. This will be a regular stop for me
It was a lovely atmosphere looking over the reservoir today. Very friendly a nice sausage sandwich and latte.
This is a local favourite for us. The service is always great and the food is very good. It's a perfect place to go as a group, with a reasonable amount of seating inside. There is extra seating outside. However, the large patio area seems to be under renovation at the moment.
Popular with walkers, twitchers, and anyone who wishes to go for a walk in the neighbouring Wildlife Trust site and / or enjoy a view of the reservoir.
The menu is fairly varied, the breakfasts (before 1130) are fantastic, with generous portions for less than £10. Kids menus are also available, as are baby chairs and changing facilities in the disabled toilet.
Friendly with a good view and plenty of walks around the reservoir. Food and drinks average prices and a good selection. Small shop and facilities on site with easy access for everyone. Parking is free and ample.
Lovely little cafe right next to the reservoir, food was great been here few times before and always great service and atmosphere. Can get busy but worth the wait!
Great cafe, friendly staff, excellent food, nice coffee. Beautiful views whilst having our lunch. We love to walk from the visitor Center to here, have lunch & walk back. Good exercise in pleasant surroundings. Some old cars to look at in the car park today.
