Staff were very friendly, very professional and made us feel welcome.
Very chatty at times and just looked like they were enjoying there job.
Food is normal pizza Hut. You can never complain.
Tidy and clean.
It's fine for a quick(ish) bite but not as good as they used to be like 10-15 years ago. Their variety of pizzas and pizza bases types/sizes seems to have reduced as has the flavour. The unlimited salad bar is a good idea but could do with more salad in it and less accompaniments.
Long running Pizza Hut, great for parties.
Service has been something of a problem time to time.
Just slowness, due to staff not paying attention to their duties.
Last visit this had improved and the staff were on the ball!
Pizza is lovely and filling.
Place and offers are good. I would say they do not have enough people to serve, especially during rush hours and weekends. So had to wait for long time for them to come and take order and also to pay bills.
Been here a few times in the past couple months, always had amazing service and great food! The manager Scott was extremely attentitive and ensured we were looked after at all times offering top service and customer care.
Went for the lunchtime buffet. Lots of choice at all times. Included salad as well. All you can drink soft drinks. Staff were friendly. All in all a good value experience.
Good service. Food is as you'd expect from a chain pizza place. Seating is fine. They missed an item from an order, but were apologetic about it and didn't charge us.
When I went to Pizza Hut, the staff were incredibly nice. It wasn't that busy so we were served quickly and the food was amazing. I know I'll be coming back soon
Love the buffet during the week. You can use the taste card on a sunday. The staff were excellent and really attentive to my little boy.
The service was very good. The restaurant was quiet with only two other tables on when we were there just after 5pm which made for a relaxing atmosphere.
Lots of freshly cooked pizzas came out onto the buffet table and the salad bar was also fresh. At £5 for children and £7.50 for adults it's a bargain.
Good service, good value much nicer pizzas than I remembered. I recommend the reduced calorie options. Much better than the Chelmsford pizza express.
Really nice atmosphere friendly helpful staff, classic pizzas salad bar. Place really clean food really hot and tasty.
Always good service at this branch. Somewhat better than the Chelmer Village one with better staff and availability of items in the salad bar
Food hot plenty of fresh salad toilets sparkling staff welcoming polite clean premisiss spotless .
Basicly cannot fault them at all recomend them to anyone 10 out of.10
