Thai Jasmine

Another fantastic meal here. Everything is served hot and fresh cooked to order. This outing we had Prik Khing extra spicy with seafood. This had nice size shrimp and scallops and muscles and squid. Fantastic spice combo. We also got the cashew nuts combo with chicken. This was excellent as well We started out with an order of chicken satay. The peanut sauce that accompanied it was especially good.

I ordered a mild Yellow chicken curry, yes mild and it came out extremely hot and spicy...when I told the waitress that I cannot tolerate the spice, she said the only thing they could do it take it back to the kitchen and add coconut milk to it. Still was very spicy! As I couldn't finish the dish, I took it back home and had to add sugar to it. The other food were fine like the thai curry triangles but the soup was just sugar water. Not worth the money.

Ordered food for pickup through DoorDash and patiently waited outside of the restaurant for the order to show as complete, since I didn't want to walk in and make it more crowded during the whole pandemic going on. After half an hour of waiting decided to come in and check if something was wrong with the order, turns out it had been ready the whole time and customers are somehow expected to just guess when the order is ready, walk in and shout their name. I tried to ask the receptionist about why they don't have any notification system whatsoever, she just told me she had never received a complaint like mine and suggested calling the restaurant management next time. Aside from the rude attitude, they did not put any cutlery and or even a single napkin in my bag. Speaking of the food itself, it was the worst Pad Thai I have ever ordered in my life. Avoid this place.
