Just writing a review to say how pleasant my experience was at this location yesterday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. I didn't catch the barista's name, but he was the most pleasant, cheerful person I've come across in a long time. My drink was perfect and the warmed coffee cake was too. It was a bright spot in my crazy day!

🔹️🔹️I like this location ONLY when I go in myself. Because when I've ordered via UberEats time and time again they messed up my order🔹️🔹️ - The barista was super friendly. I have been waited on by some that have zero personality before at this location in the past, so this was refreshing. - This trip I ordered a Venti Shaken Espresso and got a slice of banana bread. My drink was made exactly how I wanted. Which is nothing special. They just have to add whole milk and caramel drizzle. The banana bread was fresh. I was happy with my order. - I was there approximately 11:45am, and it was dead. There were 3 customers in the store on laptops and then myself. In the am it's a mad house as well as the lunch rush....I've experienced both 😕 - The trash needed to be emptied and the place needed a wipe down and to be swept. I only saw two baristas so that could be why it was a bit messy. - Because of it's location parking can be difficult at times. - One thing I don't care for and it's just me, they use paper straws. Yes they're being environmentally conscious and that's great!!! I just can't stand them...

I come here every morning and get my coffee. I love it here but there’s been a few times, like this morning, where I have come here to get coffee for myself and family and had gotten a very flimsy hot cup. This morning in drive thru this cup was so flimsy it didn’t even make it to my cup holder before it was all over my car. It burnt my hand as well. Guys, please please please be aware of the hot cups you’re giving to people!
