Went this second time (First one is Enfield then second is Chelmsford). People still coming in then out. Extremely busy! Advise to all NEED booking to reserve the table in advance before going in. The staffs is very busy and notice that all are new staffs, still trying their best for customer. Eating and taste perfect and fresh. Will back again!

On my second time visiting I was apprehensive due to slow service and cold food on my first visit, however this visit was wonderful. I made the most of the unlimited wings for £15 offer, I got fresh burning hot wings with each order, the staff were super helpful and offered more drinks and wings regularly, bringing extra napkins for our hands too! All staff members were friendly, and our waitress (Alicia) went above and beyond. Pleased we went back and had brilliant service and food!

Six of us visited on a Tuesday night without a booking. Hardly anyone in there and quite a large dining area. We had to ask for the set menu offer as that wasn't offered. 2 meals for £18 really isn't bad. Couple of vegan options. The "chicken" tacos for starter and beyond burger for main. Burger and fries were good. Especially their house fries. Quite salty but good. The dip that came with them was amazing. I was a bit worried about the fake chicken whether it was real chicken or not. It was also quite oily so I didn't finish it. Nicole the staff member was really friendly and lovely. We had to wait for ages though for our food. Not a big problem because we were friends catching up but if you didn't want to spend all evening there I would have been annoyed. I wonder how long it would have taken had the restaurant had other tables waiting too.

Honestly you can't fault the staff at Friday's. They are always on the ball and seem in high spirits. I've been a few times just for drinks and the bar service is second to none. A special shout-out to Ed who served me the most delicious Daiquiri and then Ki for coming through with a custom cocktail. No idea what was in it but it tasted amazing. Why is there a boat on the ceiling? Great atmosphere, delicious food and cocktails. What more could you want?

On Dec 15, 2020 the heating did not work. The cold that was horrible! We had to eat with a jacket, hat and gloves. The waitress was very kind and she answered all the doubts. They were very kind to my daughter who was having a birthday, they gave her a hat with balloons and they sang!! The services were clean and very impeccable. The starters arrived together and the time between the starters and the main meal was 15 minutes. Very good service. The waiters are attentive and keep an eye on the table. 100% recommended

We enjoyed a lovely meal here on a Saturday afternoon, the starters, mains and desserts were great (my partner's mum even commented that it was the best dessert she'd ever had!) not to mention all the 2 for 1 cocktails. Atmosphere was good and our server Emma was very attentive and friendly. Will return.
