Amazing eating place, great food, reasonable prices. Always busy at peak lunch times but so worth either waiting for a table or returning when the mad rush is over. Day time only. Great owner.
Our family have been coming to this wonderful place for 10 years, since my wife was pregnant. Dejan, the owner, is incredibly warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and cosy. We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed - the food is always great and the prices are very reasonable. The homemade cakes are amazing! Being a passionate family man, Dejan has created a very family-friendly environment. This family run restaurant is where we always have a morning coffee or eat lunch when we're in Cheltenham because it's a lovely change from corporate chains that lack any atmosphere. La Scala has a wonderful ambience. We'll keep coming back!
(Unfortunately, due to absolutely no fault of the owner, its physical location means that wheelchair access isn't possible. However, the staff will always help mums down the steps with push chairs).
It is an amazing place to go too! The food tastes to fresh and flavoursome, I was recommend by a friend to go and I will certainly be returning a lot of times! I would recommend it to everyone. Also the man who serves everyone is such a kind man and really knows the food!

The aperance of this restruant does not stand out but dont be fooled its a excellent restruant.The food is the next best thing to being in Italy.The service is warm hearted and they have alot of Italian staff.
