had new years eve in here last year and always come here after racing,its top of the list for the atmosphere ,always get served quickly and everyone is always friendly and the best pub in Cheltenham by far

I recently visited Tailors Eating House, a pub located in Cheltenham, United Kingdom, with some friends after a day of activities. Our overall experience was quite pleasant. The staff at the pub were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere of the place.
One of the highlights of our visit was the wide variety of beverages available. They had an impressive selection of drinks, from local ales to cocktails and non-alcoholic options. It catered to different tastes, making it a great spot for a group with diverse preferences.
The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5-star rating is that while the drinks and service were excellent, the food menu was a bit limited, and some of the dishes we ordered were just average. Nonetheless, if you're primarily looking for a place to enjoy a nice drink and good company, Tailors Eating House is a great choice. I would definitely recommend it, and I'm giving it a solid 4-star review.
A huge thanks to Rachel and her team at Tailors. Nothing was too much trouble trying to fit us in last minute for food and drinks. The professional, warm happy welcoming service from Rachel and her team is so worth a visit. The food was spot on. Tailors is a little gem in the heart of Cheltenham for drinks, or food and drinks but if you are planning for Christmas, book now!! Fantastic for watching sports TV. Well done, and see you soon.
Meant to leave a review after our first visit! Been back everal times this year for their amazing Sunday lunches. Consistently great attentive service, staff are so lovely. Thoroughly recommend. Look at the size of the Yorkshires, delicious 😋

Great pub in the centre of Cheltenham, friendly staff, good range of beers and indoor and outdoor seating. Very popular and a great place to watch the racing, football and rugby. The menu is very good and well priced. Can totally recommend the fish and chips! Had a great experience when I came in for lunch last Saturday. Tailors is always on the go to list when up and around the strand area of town!
2nd time I've been here,last time was 10yrs ago, had a live band on Saturday night, very good and great atmosphere, would recommend.
Visited for dinner. Quiet evening but to be expected seeing as it was a Tuesday. Staff very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed a great meal - homemade Lasagne was delicious. Staff attentive but not overbearing - very good. Would recommend this pub
One of the best burgers I have had for a very long time! Went there to watch the rugby (sadly my team lost) and had a great time! The service was outstanding, the food was fantastic and the vibe was great! Thank you
When,t to Cheltenham for a party and the races. Met at Taylor,s before the races, had some drinks. Good beer and good atmosphere. Always worth a visit.
Great selection of beers. Didn't see they had any food options but there are big screens for sporting events and a whole floor I think you can reserve for major ones or private functions.
Will be happy to go back and see more about the Sunday lunch options being flagged as I write this
