Tgi Fridays - Cheltenham

The food here was quite good for a large chain. Definitely good portions, but also decent quality and surprisingly good presentation. The pork belly I had for my starter had clearly been very slowly cooked and was beautifully garnished with complimentary flavours. The burger I had for my main course was huge, but didn't lose flavour. All of the items on it complimented each other well. Wait staff seemed genuinely friendly and quite theatrical, adding to the experience. I think it's quite likely that we will be back.

Enjoyed the chicken sesame strips as a starter, burger as a main and finished it off with the smores Sundae, usually the Sundae is always missing something whether that be the marshmallow or the chocolate flakes but this time everything was perfect! Service was very fast and friendly as we arrived on a Wednesday

Have to say this is a lovely place never had an issue here, The minute you walk in such a lovely welcome, Food is amazing, Drinks lovely especially the cocktails, Atmosphere is lovely and staff are very friendly, Recommend definitely, So much better than gloucester quays TGI.. So since last went here and put a lovely review it has lost being good, We went on 4/5/22 got there about 9pm asked if ok to still eat place wasn't busy at all, Asked if chicken burger with lettuce and mayo was possible and was told yes by the young lad who saw us first, We went and sat down and the waitress came and took our drinks order well my June bug cocktail was fine but my partners tequila sunrise looked like a slush puppy.. The waitress then took our food order so we both chose chicken burgers with lettuce and mayo the girl said just lettuce and mayo yes we said literally just chicken burgers with lettuce and mayo, We ordered another June bug cocktail for me and what came out was awful I think they just used the last of the jiffy lemon and that was it the place was quiet and the food eventually came out and that was terrible not only got given tomato, bacon, onions, guacamole and a avacado the bun was hard. The manager came down to see us had a chat and said would pass on to his general manager he did do a deduction on bill but its not the point you should be able to enjoy a meal.. Since this other people I've spoken to have said they received poor service in there so not good enough and needs bringing back up to being better, Disappointed.. Went back 07/04/2023 and have to say from minute walked in was brilliant first the service and Dan was good, friendly and helpful and full fun.. TGIs have added new things to their menu and now have Chicken Burger back on which was really nice and tasty, My partner had the Messy Burger and also said was nice and tasty. Brilliant food and drinks and brilliant service..

This was my first visit to Fridays for about 10 years. This was a girlie catch-up bottomless brunch. There were 5 of us in the group, and upon arrival, we were left in the foyer for quite a while before being acknowledged, but when we were, the greeting was warm and friendly. It took a while for someone to come and take our order, but once they did, the drinks kept coming, the food was hot, and we even got a free dessert. All the staff were friendly and had a laugh with us...no complaints.

Maddie gave us such amazing service for my husband's birthday last week, super friendly and really looked after us! I'm coeliac and had the manager take my order which is standard protocol, we were really looked after! Unfortunately TGI's generally doesn't have an extensive gluten free selection but the ribs I had were pretty tasty!
