Norwood Arms - Cheltenham - Photo album

Booked a table in the evening for family and a couple of friends. The staff were very friendly and service was great. I had the southern fried chicken burger which was very nice but some of the edges were quite hard. Will be popping back to try something else.
We went here for a family lunch with kids today and were very impressed! I had the ‘award winning’ pie and it was well worthy of an award. We had a great lad serving us and we enjoyed our time there. Would recommend.
This pub is always busy, so has a welcoming buzz. This is a family favourite for us! In the summer we always sit in the garden as it is a real sun catcher, in the cooler months we prefer the booth seating. Whoever chooses the tunes at this pub has great taste! The food is just what you would expect
People are always quick to leave a negative review but often not so quick to leave a positive one. We are here visiting for the weekend and was looking for somewhere to eat after a very long day. The gentleman front of house with spiky hair was amazing, found us a table even though he said it was ve
Went in for a social pint after rehearsals with friends. Great pub, clean and tidy and plenty of variety on offer. Didn't eat hence no food rating
Didn't eat but my past experiences with food were poor, but that was a few years ago so being fair I didn't rate. Want to review food but hesitant to splash out and be disappointed so please do trust others with their more recent food reviews. Really good selection of beers and the team brought out
Lovely outside seating area with good menu. Quite impressed with each meal and part of the meal, in places, having calories clearly labelled. Staff could not have being more pleasant or helpful. Well worth a visit.
Took the kids out for dinner, didn't need to book too far in advance. Plenty of room for my wheelchair. Decent food? Nice atmosphere. One of our favourite pubs. Especially in the summer when you can enjoy the beer garden.
They’ve got a lovely garden area with lots of seating and it’s very atmospheric inside as well. We ordered at the bar and there wasn’t a long wait at all. Staff are friendly you just need to go up to someone and ask for what you need! Would visit again!
Had a great lunch here and decent priced pints, nice friendly staff and large beer garden. Sadly I will not be going again as since my visit I have been hounded by britannia parking. I asked a staff member if I needed to pay for parking and they told me "not if you're buying food and drinks here" so
We had Christmas dinner here as a party of 6. The kitchen was clearly a bit overwhelmed by the volume of diners. We got our main course 90 minutes after sitting down at the table, which felt a long time with small children! (At least we had had our starters in the meantime). The Christmas decorati
This is a huge pub, so there are plenty of places to sit. It also has a large garden with lots of tables and benches. We sat in an outside/inside area near the back door. It was nice to be outside and not in the sun. It also is a no smoking area, which is unusual as the smokers can make sitting outs
Excellent meal at the Norwood Arms! Best chicken burger I've ever tasted, and such good value for money too. The atmosphere was great and music was playing. Ordered on the app and service was friendly. Only downside was that when we arrived, the tables hadn't been cleared and the food got brought to
After a long break, we went back to the Norwood today, 22/10/2023, table 36, 3 people. What a lovely welcome, What great service, a personal touch from Tia. Thank you for the service, of course, the food is always good at a Green King.
This is my number one spot to stop off with friends! I tell them about it ever time and they just had to visit!! Spent a Friday night there and it was busy & hot! I’m glad that we visited because the staff are amazing and very on point with serving as fast as possible
Full of cackling overweight and underdressed young women drinking heavily, and red faced local ‘characters’ with bulbous noses boozing on cheap cider. All complimented by an extensive menu of unhealthy deep fried, vile tasting ‘food’ served by miserable staff.
Excellent! From first stepping foot in the pub after losing our new house keys!! We decided to have lunch while awaiting rescue! Since then we've been regulars.... a lovely friendly atmosphere, warm & cosy. All the staff have been friendly and attentive as well taking the time to share a banter or t
I'd give 5 stars for the great variety of Drinks they have here. And 4 Stars for the food. It's not Michelin Star. But then it's not expensive. Reasonable food at a reasonable price. Service was great and the staff polite and friendly.
