Attentive staff and lovely cakes. I had a raspberry tart and a flat white coffee. A really nice experience in pleasant surroundings.
Wonderful service with a smile. The afternoon tea was lovely a bit too much for two. I was an enjoyable trip with my teenage daughter . I would definitely return and recommend. The amopshere and cafe itself was calm and spacious. 5 star visit Thank you and well done the young man serving today is
Delicious (if slightly overpriced) cakes and a selection of hot and cold food. When I went here a couple of weeks ago with my partner, we ordered some cakes to go, and the assistant kindly threw in some free chocolate truffles, which I thought was really lovely. The only issue is that if you go towa
Really enjoyed my eggs royal!! Massive portion size too 😀
Enjoyed the cup of tea. It's nice that they take your order once you've sat down and chosen a seat. Hated the fact when it came to pay had to wait ages in a queue. Not sure I'll bother again. Ruined the experience.
Waited half hour for a macchiato and a cupcake but they took the macchiato off the bill to make up for the wait.
I have been all over Cheltenham and Valerie's does the best scones and green tea. And I find the staff work really hard and go out of their way to help. Don't even get me started on the cakes. They always look fabulous, highly recommend ithis with cherries on top.
Had a beautiful afternoon tea here today! The food was amazing - beautifully presented and lovely and fresh, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend a visit - I'll certainly be back!
Good coffee and a nice selection of French style cakes. Atmosphere was a bit more canteen than French cafe but still a relatively nice place to meet friends and family for a chat and a little indulgence or even a meal.
Absolutely fine. Coffee was good and the mince pie very nice. Watch out not to burn your toung on the pie filling as it was super hot! Not many customers when we were there.
Been here a few times for breakfast/brunch but also a cheeky slice of cake and hot drink. Décor is pretty standard for PV. Service is very friendly and efficient. Really enjoy the cooked breakfast but the major draw for me is the cake! Favourite has to be black forest gateau - also if you really lik
