The Plough - Cheltenham - Photo album

Stayed overnight after a day in very nearby Bourton on the Water. The road I took to reach the Inn was very narrow but had lots of places to tuck into to let others get past etc. Fab views. At the Inn I parked with ease on the road alongside other cars. Told beforehand there are no parking restricti
Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Middle of the Cotswolds... enough said 😍 Interior ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a cute little pub, nice and simple decor but a very warm and friendly vibe. And it's dog friendly!! Exterior ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Driving up to the pub it just appeared from nowhere. There is limited options for parking and the be
I stayed here with my husband in June and we had the most amazing time. We were doing a road trip through the Cotswolds and needed a place to stay and this was the perfect find. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was absolutely incredible. The room was so nice and clean and w
Lovely staff, great food, cozy atmosphere! My husband and I stayed in the wonderful village of Cold Aston, just across the street from The Plough in the beautiful Hayloft at Sycamore House, (also highly recommend). The staff at the Plough go above and beyond to assure satisfaction and quality. Th
The plough Inn has been pretty bad lately for food but atmosphere and service was still incredible! But now it’s changed hand to nick all three: the food, service and atmosphere are top notch!! Had a sirloin steak and being completely honest was the best steak I’ve had, came out quick, tasted amazin
Staying at campsite near by so popped in for a drink to check out menu and book for tonight 21/10. Good job we booked even though it was a thurs as we wouldn’t have got in. Bar lady during both days was so welcoming and friendly . This carried on to the staff at night. Food (bbq board for 2) was out
Charming pub and I ate the best pork belly I’ve ever tasted. Crispy skin and beautifully cooked pork. Yum!
Great little pub. Fantastic food, especially the beef! Lovely rooms. Highly recommended.
Wonderful food. Beautiful place and fantastic service. Me and hubby thoroughly enjoyed it.
Enjoyed a Sunday Roast at the Plough Inn. The menu was a bit limited (assume it’s different on other days of the week), but the food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub is in a very pleasant and quiet little village. Would definitely recommend.
Detour adventure into Cotswolds, coming home from our trip to Devon, food fabulous, although one older lady member of staff , on several occasions asked if we needed anything , but never returned with , water, or desert menu , it wasn’t overly full of customers, so no excuse, she seemed more concern
Amazing little pub we was travelling with children and of course they needed a toilet break, one child being autistic so going anyywhere that isn't home is a big deal, the decor and garden were beautiful and The gentlemen that were around promptly showed us where to go they were friendly and polite
They farm their own beef and sell it here in steaks and burgers. Not the place you go for a light meal but great if you want a steak cooked well.
Lovely little pub - the BBQ board was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly, although a little overwhelmed given how busy it was on a Wednesday night, but it was a lovely place to stay so it didn't matter at all. Would definitely come again!
