Starbucks Cheltenham

Really lovely coffee shop. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. For example They accidentally used the wrong milk for my drink and when I asked they were extremely apologetic! As i was super worried i would of annoyed them! Clean seating areas aswell. They’re also super quick when rush hour hits the shop.

Great for a quick cup of coffee and bit to eat, the stuff could be more welcoming to customers as they were very happy amongst themselves but Place looks nice so it would a great experience even for a takeaway from stay in and eat if the stuff engage with customers that would give this Starbucks a bit more cosy vibe I do understand High Streets store they are all about serving and practically but smile does not hurt anyone and just add to it :)

Well, it’s extremely expensive as always, but it’s a conglomerate so they’re always gonna be overpriced. However I certainly enjoy their drinks and the staff are friendly and I’m grateful I can go there and study for upcoming exams (I can’t study at home) sometimes my friend and I go there too to study and the wifi is great. Maybe make the toilets a bit nicer cause there’s only two and they are a tad disgusting. The upstairs bit is really nice too. All in all, very good but I don’t go there too often cause I don’t have enough money lol

The upstairs is such a good place to work/study, with great light and chill music. Often seems busy but there tends to be a spare table! It's such a beautiful space and heightened by the fab coffee and wonderful staff! There are only a few tables on the ground floor due to the size of the building, but they aren't cramped and are next to huge windows that let you watch the high street.
