I went here just before the lunch time rush. There was free disabled parking bays. Sam was really helpful carry my stuff to the counter. That's why I have given them top marks. Great customer service.
We went to Greggs today late afternoon one staff member was on fantastic service.
Spot on staff, never really busy and pasties always seems hot, not cold like other Greg's.

It's a Greg's. Quality coffee and decent breakfast bap at a very reasonable price. Cant go wrong. We popped here rather than pay Β£10 each for breakfast in a B&B. Cost Β£5 for two.
So, I ordered through JustEat tonight, after realising I hadn't eaten all day (oops!). The driver forgot one of my items, and a lovely girl/person called me to let me know what happened. I explained to the driver when he arrived (he was not pleasant, at all, to deal with), and he insisted of doing a different delivery job before going back.
I realised Greggs was closing in 15 mins, so called to ask if my partner could pick up the left over items, as I didn't want to risk anyone's job by going to anyone other than the delivery driver if they aren't meant to do that. I spoke to the same person, and they were so sweet and said it was okay.
Anyways, I really appreciate the help, and I wish I got her name! My order was under "J Amethyst" on 9th December 2021, please find her and let her know she really helped with my order and fear of phonecalls!
We called in yesterday lunchtime, Emma and Sam were a breath of fresh air. So helpful and really cheerful. Love the chicken bake π
