PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! The worst kebab I have ever eaten, service apalling, order completely wrong dispite going back and going through with them again, and cold... Mixed Kebab and was all salad and 2 pieces of meat (what meat I don't know) 🤢🤮 Disgusting. Would give 0 Stars if it would let me!!

Awful service. ...terrible quality food. Took over 90 minutes to deliver, the food was cold and when phoning them they told me they were busy and not their fault. Having called them after their estimated delivery time had elapsed they said food was cooked and waiting for the driver. He then took a further 30minutes (!!) To arrive. Avoid avoid avoid.

Worst experience of a takeaway,
Ordered food and came wrong, I called the takeaway and was greeted by an incredibly rude man who told me it was not his fault but my fault that he gave my order wrong, after arguing with this terrible employee for 20 minutes he realised that he was wrong and got my order wrong, after all this I had to wait for my new order. The next day I had terrible food poisoning and will never be using them again, the food and service is awful

For your own good and health, do not order from here! He doesn’t know that is it not allowed to touch the food with tour bare hands and wipe it all down on you casual clothes. Also “get the f.. out of my shop, you don’t tell me how to handle my shop” its not a very good customer management.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING FROM HERE..... Absolute disgrace of a food shop. I would quite literally prefer to eat dog poo than eat here again, I'm no chef but it was very clear to tell they haven't changed they're cooking oil in over a month. I only recieved half of my order (not that any of it was even fit for human consumption). The ribs I ordered tasted as if they had been frozen for over a year, cooked to a charred mess and poorly packaged with sellotape holding the lid on. I was missing all the dips and drinks (that were paid for), everything was cold and inedible. When I called to make them aware of their mistake I was told to call back tomorrow for a free order, I told him I would prefer a refund, he then told me he didnt care and it was not possible. His attitude and english were both equally appaling, absolutely no care for their food or customers. Absolute worst food I have ever had the courtesy of throwing in the bin. The only thing I received that was edible were the wedges, and let's be honest even my cat could cook wedges. After reading all the good reviews about this place I was very excited to order, but it is quite possible that the shop have posted those reviews themselves because I cant really believe that anyone has had good food from here. I will be contacting the shop again tomorrow regarding this disgraceful food and appauling service, if I get off of the toilet by then that is (after 2 bites of food) this place should not only be closed down but demolished, and even that would be too good. Absolutely disgusting....

Arrived on time but driver driver was a little grumpy, when I said thank you very much he just grunted. Food was well wrapped and looked ok upon opening. It was warm not hot not a major issue.
The Donner meat was very long and think and was ok, however the chicken tasted very odd to the point I could not eat it, it was all very greasy.
Overall I was very disappointed, which is a shame as I like to support local business, I did not even mind the £1.50 deliver charge, even though I could walk it in 5 mins.
I won’t be using again but will continue to support other takeaways which fortunately are a plenty in Chesham and have no delivery charge.

Most disgusting food i have ever eaten in my whole life! Food smelt very, off so much so i took one bite and had to put it in the bin. Complete waste of money and time. would not recommend.

Just waited an hour and a half for what I'm presuming used to be a burger. Soggy chicky and chips. The burger was cremated and disgusting! What a waste of money! Place should be shut down!!

Seriously people don't bother.. The chicken was cold, the salad pathetic and the service was terrible. I was told that the food would take 5 minutes.. but it was actually 15 minutes. But the strange thing was.. that the chicken was cold! What were they doing for 15 minutes?! Don't waste your money..

Is interesting how you order a whole chicken and it comes in four pieces but it comes with three breasts and one leg and then you think to yourself was this a natural bird or did it have nuclear radiation make it mis match or did they just grab random pieces from their storage and claim it is a whole chicken? It take a long time to prepare four chicken pieces like half an hour, yet to do one takes less time. Do they only have one grill? Are they cooking the piece separately or what? Is obviously not a whole Nagasaki chicken with too many breasts and only one leg which would take a while to cook.
