Cinnamon Bar & Restaurant

Fantastic food best in town. I have been all over surrey looking for a good curry and have to say this is tops. You would not think you was in Chessington, you would think this was in the west end. Most curry houses use the same dirty oil over and over that's what give you a bad stomach (I'm a chef myself so I know about this stuff.) . You can really see how fresh this food is by the clean oil. I will definitely be retuning.

Visited on a Thursday evening with a party of 20+ members of my local running club to be greeted by the welcoming and enthusiastic owner. Cinnamon is situated on a residential road in Chessington with ample parking on nearby roads, but also serviced by public transport and is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. The food tasted amazing, with generous portion sizes and nothing seemed too much trouble for the attentive staff. It’s a hidden gem in my opinion and well worth a visit.

This restaurant creates the most delicious food! Fantastic menu, beautifully presented and the flavours are sublime. Utter bliss! Can't recommend this place highly enough. Pleasant atmosphere, attentive, friendly staff and stylish decor (even the loos are beautifully stylish!). Looking forward to our next visit! 😊

We (my partner and me) never went to an Indian restaurant before and were pleasantly surprised by the sheer helpfulness and kindness of the staff. Very willing to help us with getting the best food combinations to properly enjoy Indian food. Food was very warm when it came and tasted very good too. Didn't take very long either, but then again the restaurant wasn't very full yet. Love the experience and the staff, very much loved the kindness :) if we would be in Chessington again in future, would definitely give them a visit again!

A splendid hidden gem of a restaurant. Despite it being so close to home I've only just found it and I'm very pleased I have. There's alot of choice on the menu so I went for my standard choices... chicken madras and lamb dhansak. Both were excellent and the madras flavour was one of the nicest I've ever had. I also highly recommend the peshwari naan which was superb. Somehow I managed a matka Kulfi too. The owner is great to talk too and the service excellent. If you're in the area I recommend a visit.

Went on a Friday evening & got a seat quickly. Ordered popadoms with sauces. Not quite enough sauce for the amount of popadoms that we got but I ordered more. The Raita was really yummy. Food was really good. The Bombay Aloo was amazing. Only negatives would be that the sound travels loads so it’s super loud. Also, the staff started to clear the table while I was still eating & wiping the table down while we still had drinks. Only something small but felt weird. We would definitely go back and looking for to trying more from the extensive menu. Would recommend!!
