We ate in your restaurant on Friday night. Ordered a 30oz tomahawk steak. It was fantastic. The food, the service, the wine. Everything was spot on. We’ve eaten in Newcastle’s miller and carter, but this was better. Thanks for a great memory.

Called in here today after being recommended by a friend. Great service,great food, we had the fixed price lunch menu, sharing a starter and a dessert. Food was lovely as were the cocktails. Loved my special summer cocktail as recommended by Sam, it wasn’t in the menu but was lovely. Will definitely visit again
The food was great,including the cocktails. The service was spot on,even when one of our party mentioned to the fine waiter (Tom) that her steak wasn't cooked as ordered, immediately removed without hesitation and a new steak cooked to her liking. Thanks all at miller and carter chester for a very good evening.
Cannot find fault in anything. The service from Tom was truly welcoming and impeccable. The food was to die for! Although here for a holiday we will definitely making the trip again just to come here for a meal.
Great restaurant and service.we had finished our meal and my wife left at least 3/4 of her fillet steak as it was a little rare (asked for medium) we didn’t complain as my wife thought she should have asked for medium well. The waitress collected the plates and asked if the meal was ok... we didn’t complain. She still thought she would check the steak and thought it was medium rare. The manager came over and reduced the bill accordingly as he also thought the steak was under cooked.
I must say very proactive customer service noticing that maybe the returning plates were not ideal. We even said we were fine paying full... but the manager insisted the steak was undercooked and not what was asked.
Great service and treatment .... really appreciated it and as usual I enjoyed my steak so much !!!

Had a great day at the races and then came to Miller and Carter Chester to finish the day. Service was first class and got to say if Miller and Carter have an Employee star award then Chloe needs to be awarded it. Knowledgeable and friendly and put up with some raucous behaviour from some of our party who had perhaps enjoyed the day a lot more than the average person! Professional and friendly.
Food was delicious. Looking forward already to coming back. Well done Miller and Carter for a lovely night. Food and service top notch. Thank you.

We came here for our 1st anniversary and were honestly blown away. Good was amazing and for 5pm the atmosphere was buzzing. The service we received from Rome was outstanding 👏
City center resturant, 1st time in Chester M&C, but not first to M&C.
Staff were brilliant, friendly and patient with my sister especially who likes her steak literally cremated.
All my food was lovely, we had off the Sunday set menu. A few steaks not available as it had been Chester Races the previous day,and had been very busy.
I gave the staff and we'll deserved ring of the bell 🔔, as well as a tip.

My friend and I had a lovely evening meal at the Cheshire Oaks site on Wednesday 18th October.
What made it special for us was the lovely server - Michelle - who was so friendly and pleasant. She reminded me of a young Pauline Collins!.
Food was good and atmosphere very nice. A little bit more special than your regular pup food. Worth a visit if you like your steaks as good selection available with lovely sauces!
Hi, we were met at the door and offered a choice of where we'd like to sit and introduced to our waiter. We had a fabulous meal here. Jakub was a fantastic host, knowledgeable and really looked after us with his faultless service, he is an asset to the company! He even surprised us with a couple of surprise birthday messages.
Great service from the new lad on shift it was his first night think he was called Nick or Chris . Wine was also lovely food spot on too
We came along last night and had a very good experience. Our food was first class and our steak expert Aaron was second to non. He went through things with us and it was a pleasure to meet such a lovely young man who couldn't do enough for us. Well done
Food was unreal, taste absolutely amazing. We couldn't fault one thing and was one of the best meals we have had out before. Service was amazing too, our server Ben was great. He was so friendly and chatty and made our visit feel special especially with the little gift at the end for our first wedding anniversary. Will definitely be back and it is the best Miller and carter we have visited. Thank you all again
The meal was quite good (We came for lunch), but not the best of these restaurants I've been in. Two of us had a glass of red wine and ended up with a mouthful of dregs, when this was mentioned to the waiter, he replied, saying that is always the case with red wine and didn't even apologise. No compensation was offered. I would not recommend ordering wine from this place.
The place was almost empty when we arrived and had no atmosphere, but it improved over the course of our meal when the place started to fill up a little
The meal was good value for money, coming in at £131 for the five of us.
