The Brewery Tap - Chester - Photo album

Flight of stairs to overcome, but surprisingly spacious inside. Very high ceilings. Great selection of real and craft ales at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly, beer was wonderful. Enjoyed my visit.
Atmosphere is a history pub atmosphere, with high back seated benches and long tables with candle light on each table. The food was AMAZING!! Full of flavour, taste buds constantly wanting more with the expression everytime you eat of "Mmmm" or "wwww" Starters and Mains is what myself and my partne
If you want a great beer and haven't been to the Brewery Tap, why the hell not ? This building is so old, you time travel when entering the front door. They have a fantastic selection of beers and spirits, for all tastes. The Tap resides in one of (if not) the oldest buildings in Chester and is
Fab old townhouse with lots of historical features and good range of keg&cask beer at reasonable prices. Food menu looks good but not sampled. Third visit and some excellent thornbridge cask pouring. (NB a number of stairs up from street for those where access is a consideration)
This place is fantastic! The range of beers on offer was excellent, and all were brilliantly kept. The food was magic (I had the pie and it was marvelous) and the staff were absolutely lovely, so attentive and friendly. Based inside a medieval banquet hall, the pub has a wonderful aesthetic, with ol
Slow service for a Sunday lunchtime but food was freshly made and delicious. I had pork with all of the trimmings. Hubby had steak and ale pie but would have preferred a bottom to it, not just a pastry lid on a bowl. Ambience was nice, pricing ok. Would visit again.
Ever-changing range of great beers. Fabulous building with a very high ceiling and lots of history. Serves delicious meals too. What’s not to like!? Be aware of the steep flight of stairs to reach the entrance, so not at all wheelchair friendly.
Just had a fantastic Sunday roast in the tap... My wife had the Spitting Feathers farm roast pork and I had roast beef. Both were superb, washed down with the tasty honey trap bitter. Add the super service it all added up to a really great experience. Thanks to you all, can't wait to do it again.
Popped in for a drink with the dog. Lovely historic setting and great atmosphere. the people were super dog friendly. Didn't eat here but the menu looked great. Well worth a visit if you are in Chester
Always enjoy a trip to this place, Spitting Feathers Brewery Tap, a fine selection of beers available, in a beautiful building.
