Kings Head - Chester - Photo album

Loved the spooky atmosphere & stories. Make sure to ask for the folder behind the bar. Looked fab for Halloween with a themed menu. Not sure I'd brave staying though.
Did nor read reviews and popped in as daughter likes scary stuff.. decided to eat as we were hungry. The staff member serving a very deep voiced bloke was very helpful and friendly. The food was was old school amazing and far better than the price would suggest and all home cooked. Menu is a treat t
Most excellent lunchtime thanks to Ross, who went above and beyond to give a sterling service! Cracking ales on tap with a most satisfying steak n kidney pie meal. The pub has a wonderful atmosphere, with many original features. 5 out of 5 from all 6 of us!
Great olde world pub you can feel the history of the place with the old oak beams if only they could talk.the staff are very friendly only downside is that the kitchen was being renovated at the time and would of loved to have had a meal here I'll be back.
Food is amazing and a good price too. Staff were excellent, really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Had a great night ghosthunting here too! Definitely going again! No real close parking though.
Cannot comment on the rooms but came on here for a couple of drinks and two of the loveliest ladies from Liverpool served us so friendly and the pride they had doing their job was plain and refreshing to see they were fabulous what a lovely cosy pub
We had our wedding reception at the Kings Head upstairs private function room and it was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect as we had our ceremony at Chester Town Hall, and then the wedding party very much enjoyed walking through town over to the Kings Head. Everyone just had such a good
Our 5th visit in 2 yrs. We just love everything about this pub. True British pub amazing home cooked food not fancy but it’s good and plentiful!!!
Lovely pub with friendly staff. Low ceilings with original old beams add to the atmosphere, well worth a visit. Very close to the heart of Chester.
This is a haunted hotel the rooms are stunning but if you want to investigate you won't get to bed until 3 in the morning or you can investigate all night amazing grub I had a pint called hair of the dog and it was the perfect name of the lager
