Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stop
For a coffee and hot chocolate very welcoming atmosphere and very welcoming staff the service was excellent the coffee was perfect the hot chocolate was amazing and the chocolates to die for would highly recommend for anyone visiting Chester
Unique place right in the heart of Chester on high street. Quality food & beverage, great service, the staff and the owner are brilliant, very family friendly place with lots of choice for both parents and kids to enjoy.
I would recommend you to pay a visit and to try their chocolates or paninies.
The smell of the coffee drew me in. But it was the friendliness of the staff and the wonderful taste and selection of chocolate which made me return each day i was visiting Chester. It's in a perfect location to sit and watch the world go by. They're waffles and crepes were really good. Well worth a visit. X
The best hot chocolate ever! And lovely crepes and waffles. And the shop is in the perfect spot right in the middle of Chester!

Superb! Amazing place ran perfectly! Can't recommend enough, have to visit AND taste the chocolate to understand!
All I need are Leonidas Chocolate's variety of high quality chocolates, delicious cakes and smiley/friendly service. I think I will become a regular customer :)I don't even mind how many miles it is from Wilmslow to Chester :)

Great selection of different chocolates.
Really helpful owner and staff. They give plenty of time with each customer to help choose their selection. Can be quite expensive tho.
This place was the highlight of a little night away with my partner. They chocolates are amazing, and without a doubt the mocha is the best I've ever had in my life.
The staff here are so polite and charming, the place as a whole is very warming and welcoming.

What a surprise to stop by for a drink and a rest and find all the Belgian chocolate you could ever want. Wow, what a range. So much choice. They gave us a little booklet with all the flavours in to choose from which was useful. I had a smoothie which was really good and made with fresh fruit. I could have spent an insane amount of money on chocolate here had I not restrained myself!
Pop in for a massive slice of cake and large coffee as we did. The slice was so big we had to leave some. Never happened before. Great prices and we would go there again.

This is a perfectly placed cafe on a very busy street.On a lovely sunny day if your lucky to get a seat outside its a great place not only to enjoy a nice coffee,some amazing chocolates or maybe something a little more alcoholic but it's good for a spot of people watching also.Next time your in the area have a wee seat and watch the world go by,you'll be amazed at some of the things you'll see.
A yummy hot chocolate with Baileys at Leonidas is a must whenever we’re in Chester! Warm service with a smile every time. Lovely to see you again today, Mustafa and Zai, and those chocolates we bought were delicious! 🥰❤️

Had a nice hot chocolate with two chocolates (£4) here. They were able to make it with soya milk. The hot chocolate was great on a cold and windy day! It was a little too sweet for our tastes, but still very chocolatey. Thank you.
An absolutely amazing place. Whether you want sweet or savoury. Extremely accommodating staff, every time we go. They are so warm and inviting. I got the panini and salad and my partner got the 'Sweet Eve' waffle which was scrumptious. They even did our toddler a bowl of fruit which was nice of them. Will 100% be returning. This place is fantastic.
Although not cheap I find that the value is worth it. Lovely hot chocolate that is definitely on point. Would gladly drink again.
