Went in yesterday and was so happy with the service I asked for their names, they told me they were called Freya and Hattie and honestly the customer service and milkshakes were both excellent. Will definitely be returning for more in the future; you couldn’t have done better choosing your employees
Went in on Saturday and the staff couldn’t have been sweeter. It was my first time going and a blonde girl walked me through each step which was so helpful. Would recommend to all. Can’t emphasise enough how amazing the staff were !
We loved it. Saw it in the morning. Visited in the afternoon. Even though we showed just before closing, the staff was gracious, walked us through our options, answered all of our questions. We thought each shake was delicious. When we visit Chester again, we’ll also visit the Funky Cow again too,

There was a long queue when we arrived but it was dealt with well and our order done swiftly and my kids loved it and once it had quietened the staff showed some added interest and attentiveness. The range is fabulous and I love going as a treat.
Wow, never knew you could have so many choices for milkshake or hot chocolate. Lovely little place, popped in with my son for the first time. Helpful staff and great experience 😊

What could be better than a milkshake blended in with your fave chocolate or sweet! I love this place. I usually get the Ferrero Rocher and kinder Bueno mixed together. Their combo is delish!
funky cow is the best place to get a milkshake in chester by a good distance! they have a wide variety of flavors and drinks options )personally I think the funky beast is the best) definitely worth a visit to this award winning milkshake bar
Very lovely staff , ice cream’s portions are giant.

Great for kids and adults. Huge variety of flavours mean a different one every time. Our daughter loves coming here.
