Went on a Sunday for a roast dinner which was lovely 👌🏼 nice big bowl of veggies to go with it too and the roasties where just perfect. Nice a crispy and fluffy inside. The kids had kids meals which I think where really reasonably priced. There is a lovely little park less than 2 minutes from the
Great pub friendly staff. Good bands on the weekends.
Nice quiet country pub, never ate but nice friendly atmosphere during the daytime
Great village pub that was clean and tidy. Lovely friendly staff, good value for money and great menu.
Really enjoyed an afternoon in here. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to drink here. The place is clean and inviting.
Always amazing service, friendly and beautiful food.
I'm a solo traveller with my dog and decided a long walk in the rain was a good idea,it wasn't! I spotted this pub and decided it was time to dry off. From the minute I stepped in I felt welcomed. They seated us by a gorgeous roaring fire to dry off, treat my dog to several trests and lots of fuss.
Came in for a Sunday roast. Perfect
We booked 8 for lunch, 4 adults and 4 children ages 4-8. We were off to the Ice cream farm for an afternoon session. Fabulous burgers, fries, coleslaw, salad and sauces! Cooked to perfection! Super tasty! 100% better than The Pheasant and at a fraction of the price! Very impressed keep it up! Delicious thank you!
Lovely food and friendly staff
Limited menu on the day we were there, but friendly staff and nice clean pub.
We came here as we were camping nearby, absolutely delicious food, and highly recommend. We enjoyed our meal so much we booked for the following evening too!! Excellent, friendly staff, couldn't do enough to help and make sure we were satisfied. Thank you.
I visited a friend who lives 3 doors away from the Sportsmans Arms. But it used to be one of my Local pubs years ago but I didn’t frequent this one.
