Ah, it is such a shame that this lovely pub is temporarily closed! I can only find a snap shot from the world cup 2018, but I have lived around the corner for a few years from this pub that my mates and I have always had a few pints! After it's renovation it became a lot more nicer that you should definitely have a visit! Nice pint of Guinness and friendly staff members! would recommend!
Officially re-opens on Friday 15th March after a pretty major refit. Try the ribs! Had a sneak preview.... Oh and the guest ales are worth a look too.
Great for watching live sport and great for casual drinks with friends. Good atmosphere and very friendly accommodating staff.
It is a nice place to relax and have a pint or seven.Sports is always on the many TVs available.Great staff who are always friendly.
Never had the food, but it's a good local pub - good atmosphere, reasonable (not cheap, but not expensive) prices and friendly staff.
Only stopped for soft drink but seemed like a nice traditional pub

Absolutely amazing place! Went for the first time with my Girlfriend; and what can I say apart from how amazed I am. My girlfriend is the pickiest eater and she ordered the Mexican Chicken Burger but asked for items removed and bacon on the side of the plate (so I could grab it for my meal!) and I ordered the Breakfast Burger, how it comes, and everything we requested was done with no hassle straight away. The food tasted absolutely delicious for both dishes, drinks reasonable prices and the staff member who served us was a really nice gent. Happy to help, have a laugh but also did everything he could to make our meal as good experience as possible.
Definitely returning soon and can’t recommend enough! Thank you to the team there, and regret not going in sooner!
Nice pub for pre drinks before heading out to town, staff are sound and the inside is quite warming. The best time to be in this pub is during the euros, absolutely incredible atmosphere!
Great little pub, events garden, music, bands, plug and play... we went to support a friend, who was doing a charity day. Garden Lane car park a short walk away. They also do food but where not doing any the day we where there, but just near by are some great food outlets. We walked down, to the near by canal and ate our chicken on the benches ...
