We had a lovely and quick lunch here and our tour in Chester. It took a few minutes for our waitress to realise we wanted to be seated, but there are two entrance ways into the cafe. The menu had a good variety of items and after we ordered our tea and sandwiches arrived very quickly. Everything
My mother and I visited here after a day of shopping in Chester a couple of weeks ago and I can't recommend it enough for afternoon tea. For the price, (I think it was roughly £7.50pp or £14 for two people) we weren't actually expecting very much but we couldn't have been more wrong! We got a prawn
Been here a few times on visits to Chester. A unique café in a 13th century crypt. I enjoyed reading about the history of Chester on the timeline and wall plaques! Lovely scones and cakes. Had a delicious cherry slice and the mocha was also very good. Service was quick. A convenient and atmospheric

Smashing little cafe, that serves delicious coffees and a good selection of teas, alcoholic to non alcoholic drinks, comfortable seating outdoors and indoors, the staff are please,helpful and smartly dressed
