This is our first visit under the tea room's new management. It has always been a lovely place to stop for a drink and bite to eat, but now it is so much better. The tea room is brighter and much more inviting; there is table service and the staff are delightful. The selection of teas and coffees is fantastic and the menu is full of tasty things to eat. We tried some of the cake, which was delicious. I would certainly recommend this place, as it is perfect.

I had a Guatemalan coffee and Dave had breakfast tea with a lovely piece of coffee and walnut cake. Lovely friendly staff spending time to advise and serve with a smile. Lots of gifts, teas and coffees to buy fresh from the chest or ready packed. Great old fashioned place to stop for a refreshing drink, snack or meal.

My Mum & I came for lunch and it was wonderful! Mum said “The lady is the Mary Berry of Chesterfield” The scones were beautiful, the cake was incredible and the service was impeccable - we shall we back! Thank you Pomegranate! 👏🏼

Very much enjoyed our breakfast the other day and after inspecting the wonderful array of cakes we definitely intend to go back soon for lunch or afternoon tea! Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, efficient service and good, decently priced food. Would recommend. 🙂

Visited the Tea Room during a day out trip with my family. Highly recommended & the staff were very kind to help my mum with the choices of home made cake! After an afternoon on our feet, we enjoyed a lovely tea and superb cake with warm and friendly service…. Thank you & we will visit again.

I went there on the 16/7/22 for afternoon tea with the ladies for my hen day. It was lovely, very clean, value for money and the staff was very friendly and attentive to our wants/needs. It was all set up for us on arrival. They was chatty and happy to take photos for us too. Worth a visit. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back again soon. 😁 keep up the good work ladies 🥂✌

Popped in today to pick up some Sri Lankan tea and Blue Mountain coffee beans. We decided to stay and have some lunch. It’s a really nice, traditional tea room with exceptionally friendly staff. The food was lovely. The range of teas and coffee is mind blowing, highly recommended.

I’ve been a couple of times now and nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The food is delicious & the coffee is perfect in my eyes… I always have room for cake when I’m here, it’s absolutely delicious. It’s my go to spot for lunch!

Popped in Monday with my friend whilst was in the area. What can I say amazing traditional tea rooms and cafe with lovely refreshments cakes and fabulous shop ! The staff were polite and friendly and nothing too much trouble I will be coming back very soon for more delicious tea and cake can’t wait .

A unique place, we popped in for a coffee and felt like we'd walked into a Victorian coffee merchants house. There are large wooden boxes distributed in a U shape allowing you to pick your blend of bean. Probably 30 different blends with a good description of each. You can literally pick who h o e you want to drink and the for d them and put them in a cafetiere for you. You can also buy any weight of coffee that the either give you as bean or grind to your requirements!! My pictures do t do it justice

I was having a walk this afternoon suddenly I wanted coffee. Like magic I spotted this place. It's lovely an old fashioned tea room. I'll be back again. I was amazed at the varieties of tea and coffee ☕ they stocked. I had a lovely coffee. They had some amazing cakes bit I didn't have one due to my diet. But one day I'd like to go back and sample as they looked amazing.
