Busy but got a table, easily ordered food with the app, drinks came quickly and the food was reasonably priced, nice and tasty
Just your typical no thrills spoons. Can't complain at £2.46 for Old Peculiar or Plum Porter. Even better with the 50p Camra discount voucher.
The fish and chips are better than alot of chippies these days. Good price and good quality. Lovely spoons

Staff were lovely, the food was really good. Great place for a pub lunch. Was a bit busy, but it was a Friday lunchtime, so I expected it to be full.
Fantastic service. Bar staff very friendly and the food came out extremely quickly. Food was great value for money.

We visited this Weatherspoons tonight
This place was a pleasent pub to drink with a really good guest beer range of ales on besides the usual bog standard trash usual ales Weatherspoons always serves

I had the madras curry along with a couple of pints of Plum Porter. The curry was spot on although the rice wasnt too great. Value for money and clean place.
We visited on a Sunday afternoon. Very laid back atmosphere. Not too busy but enough people to create a nice ambience. Excellent beers to suit both my and my husband's tastes which are opposite!
Lovely staff who treated customers like people and not another item to be dealt with and dispatched.

You know what you're getting in a Wetherspoons pub and this one is no different. The drinks are always well-priced, the food is good value and usually very tasty. Spa Lane is no different and all the better for not being.
Breakfast was good, better than some of the other branches I’ve visited. The egg was nice and not greasy. The place has the usual oddity of people drinking pints of beer at 9am, bonkers!
An OK experience. Sometimes, some staff need to collect empty glasses, on a return journey from delivering food or drinks. Sometimes even to the same table.
Awesome staff, great food for wetherspoons pub. Will always recommend here for food and drinks.
