First visit to the Chessy Arms and have to say it was an absolute pleasure. My only regret was having not visited before today during my leaving drinks from the College. So nice to see a proper pub with good value drinks with a welcoming atmosphere. Disco Balls has to get some recognition great citrus taste.

Always a great tasting pint. Loads of cask ales to choose from. Offerings change regularly, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good choice of bar snacks including pork pies. Reasonable prices.

Very impressive real ale pub. Huge array of
beers, real ale, craft beers and international beers. Large interior lots of tables and arrears to sit with different decors throughout. They have their own brewery on-site too and enjoyed their beers very much. Strongly recommend.

Great quiz night Wednesday. Picture quiz, general quiz, open the box, play your cards right. Buffet at half time. Great atmosphere and loads of fun.

Absolutely brilliant place!! Lovely staff, fabulous range of great beer and non alcoholic drinks too. Snacks are ace! Music is always good and the environment is so cosy and great. It's always clean aswell!

Not been since before lockdown and enjoyed a lovely evening with friends. Great beer and pizzas served by friendly staff in a pub that has bags of atmosphere, both inside and out. I won't leave it, quite so long for my next visit.

One of the best pubs I have ever visited. (1000's over 45 years of drinking) Fantastic rear room and excellent beer garden. The oak paneled front bar is also pretty good. About 12 real ales. Great selection. Chestetfield is a super destination for beer fans and for me this is the jewel in the crown.. we are back in 2023 with Boothroyd and Casta and even better..they now also brew their own beer, The Resting Devil Brewery at the back end of the rear barn room. Had a super Twisted Pale at 4%. Well worth a 15 min walk out of town.

Called in a Friday afternoon, place was very busy, staff very friendly and dogs allowed. Ordered the sharer Nachos. Had to wait a little while as everything was made to order and lots of pizza was being ordered. Definitely worth the money, vast range of cider, beers and larger. Will be going back

An amazing pub situated in the suburbs about 10 mins walk to centre of town Market. Still an Everards pub selling Tiger in excellent condition. But the tenant landlord has been allowed to sell what he likes on the other 9 hand pulls! 3 of which feature beers from his own in house brewery which he opened in April. These really are fantastic (CAMRA score 5/5) and £3-30/pint! No food except Thur/Fri/Sat from 4pm when they do big pizzas for £11/12. Brilliant!
