Frankie & Benny's

Been several times in the last 5 months and had different experiences. Mostly good food but abit expensive. Last time we went food was poor. Undercooked for me. Server got order wrong for drinks and food but the other times servers were great and food was lovely although pasta dishes are small for the price. A liitle too loud in the restaurant but comfy and clean in there.

Good experience in Frankie and Bennys. The staff were quick to seat our group, with us being a fairly big group it was good to see we were all sat together. Not really any different to other Frankie and Bennys (which is a good thing really). The best seats in the house are probably the booths although they probably need a good clean. The menus as well need a good clean. The desert was amazing! The rolo milkshake was very good although on the whole they are a little steep in price!

Ordered traditional breakfast, everything apart from sausage was cold! Manager was lovely sorted it out, however chef not happy his food questioned. Manager must be about 4months pregnant and lifting heavy boxes and using a sack barrow!! H&S Risk Assessment issues. Young kid just stood watching her.

We visited here after we had tried to use a Groupon voucher at a Harvester on the same retail park. Unfortunately the Harvester has a gas leak so no Food. We had travelled a long way so luckily found another great value Groupon and went to this Frankie and Bennys. Staff were very polite right from the start and even opened the door for us on the way in. We were offered several table options and chose one in a light area away from the door. Staff didn’t have a problem with us having the voucher and we chose our options from the main A La Carte menu. Staff were again very polite and obliging. Food was freshly cooked and tasted good. The establishment was clean and had a good atmosphere with 60’s music playing lightly in the background. With the Groupon voucher (that was £19.99 for two people, two courses), we only had to pay £2.99 for a drink. Great Value and no limitations as such. Would definitely return.
