Visited this lovely cafe today after seeing the 'kids eat for £1 during half term' offer.
I ordered the jacket potato with goats cheese and roasted mushrooms - they had run out of mushrooms but the waitress said they would make it up with tonatoes and other salad. I was not disappointed! The potato was baked to perfection and the goats cheese was deliciously creamy. The meal came with dressed salad and home made coleslaw. I washed it all down with a beautifully frothy HUGE mug of latte.
My son ordered a chicken, bacon and cheese panini which also came with salad and coleslaw. He ate all of it, he is 8yrsold. He chose fizzy orange to drink.
My daughter had the childrens lunch box on offer for £1 when ordered with a main meal. The lunch box consisted of a freshly made sandwich (she had tuna which came with cucumber and tomato on the side) a drink and 3 other items which is the childs choice - my daughter chose some Pom Bear crisps, box of rasins and a Babybel cheese.
We chose to sit inside though there is plenty of 'outside' seating which is actually inside the shopping precinct but outside the cafe.
The staff were very lovely and professional.
I would definitely return - with or without a half term offer.

Lovely little cafe, they sell some great cakes which come in a variety and the service is fab, if your passing don’t hesitate to pop in. The price is reasonable for the quality of food and drink you get here. Thanks guys for a great experience
Its so sad that such an amazing cafe is closing down, I remember visiting the place as a small child and always getting a hot chocolate with whipped cream every time I went to town with my parents and grandparents. Although I haven't been there in a while due to health issues and not being able to get out much Chesterfied isn't going to be the same without the cafe there.
I love this little coffee shop. It is reasonably priced, and the staff are always so polite and helpful. Recently, one of the staff even went to the supermarket next door for supplies so my daughter could have the bacon panini which she regularly enjoys. It is ideally situated in the precinct, so even the rain can't spoil your visit. I would definitely recommend!
Went in for a small latte on my way to another appointment. Was advised that if I wanted another drink later I could go back and get one for £1. So I did. Nice coffee, staff seemed friendly. Handy location inside the precinct.
The team here are so warm and welcoming. They serve my coffee with a smile daily and always make time to pass the time of day.

Took my Dad today as its a favourite place of his. Staff were so efficient and polite. I had a scone and a coffee which was really nice. Dad had the scrambled egg on toast with bacon, he said it was lovely. A great place to go when in town .
We went into Massarella’s Chesterfield the other day for lunch. I had a jacket potato with beans and cheese which was very nice and lots of filling. My husband and son had a panini’s which they said were also very nice.
The milkshakes are a firm favourite with my son who says they are yummy and great as a treat

We found this cafe really friendly and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyed the bagel and toastie that we had and the drinks were beautiful. We had a mocha and a latte which we both agreed were delicious.
So iv been here before probably my favourite cafe in Chesterfield that iv been to the coffee is very nice also the milkshakes are beautiful as are the assortment of cakes scones and sandwiches and to top it all of the staff are polite and cant do enough to help you should u need it definitely worth a visit
I had the best frothy coffee today and the staff were very polite and friendly and I could get a coffee refill for 99p very good price.
Lovely coffee on a par with costa stayed a long time chatting with a friend they never bothered us very friendly staff and polite. Will call again.😊
