A female member of staff handled a very abusive customer very well. It was uncomfortable to listen to the level of abuse and nobody came to help, including the manager. Everybody could hear the tirade. At the end she was a little confused about my order, but I don't blame her. I told her what I was waiting for and she gave me my order with a smile. Before leaving I congratulated her for her calm actions.

If there’s one thing Dominos has its consistency, at least you know what you’re going to get. Unfortunately the delivery is now an extra charge which is a little unreasonable given that their pizzas are already 30-40% more expensive than other take out options.
For collection this location is also a little challenging, being that it’s right on a busy roundabout with limited walking access.

Pre ordered my food online ready to collect and the pizza was ready upon arrival and I was slightly early too. Impressed with the swift service. My team enjoyed the pizza too.

The manager took the time to ring me after my order to check the no cheese was correct, then when I explained milk allergy, he helpfully gave more information about the order and allergens in it. Very good customer service and acknowledgment of the dairy allergy, which is rare!

The service was good, the pizza and delivery were good
The chicken strips were rubbish.. the double decadence made it really sloppy and made the pizza not taste good
But I don’t think it was the fault of the chef

Pizza is good and up to usual standards. It is always ready ahead of the selected collection time, so tends to be a bit cold or steamed in the box. Would rather wait a few minutes.
