After reading many recent reviews, my expectations were high for this restaurant. I was able to secure 5pm Saturday dinner just few days in advance. I was offered 5 course experience for my wife and kids meals for my children. Birthday celebration was to include baloons and seasonal bouquet. I did shared that it was our 1st time. We arrived on time, but had to wait to get seated. Birthday greeting on the TV adds nice touch. Once we were seated, we were given regular menus without any extra explanation. I quickly realized that table wasn’t ready as promised, as it didn’t have seasonal bouquet but roses, also one of the baloons was deflated. When I asked waiter about my reservation that included 5-course, she realized we had regular menus. We didn’t get a lot of explanation how process works and service wasn’t personable at all, considering birthday reservation. Also, service was very slow, with no regard that we had two kids with us. Cheese fondue was good and meats were well marinated. While, birthday candle for my wife was nice touch, overall desert choices were limited. Overall, we wanted to try MT for a long time. Now that we did, there are many other restaurants that provide delicious food with great service.

Roman MADE this experience for us! It was our anniversary meal and we'd never been there before. He was so personable and took time to explain everything to us. His sense of humor and personality was perfect for us. Rita the manager came over at one point and the interaction between her and Roman made it clear that it was a pretty cool place to work and a pretty cool place to eat. When you have workers like that, it can make or break the decision to go back or not. Obviously, the food was fantastic!! But, it's not just the food that has us ready to go back again with our kids. The atmosphere and the fact that the waiters, Roman in particular, took so much time to ensure you got the most out of your experience. Will definitely return!! GO ROMAN!

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was our first time so we didn't know what to expect. The service was excellent and our waitress, Alexis, was very friendly and attentive. The manager, Ms. Rita, was walking the floor and engaging with the guests. She was friendly and funny! We had a four course meal and it was a different yet delightful experience! We def recommend coming here for a date night!

I love this place it’s very nice to go on a date here very warm and cozy and you will get stuffed. However if you’re going to come here make sure you have the time to spare. I believe my experience took about 3 hours from start to finish. It was amazing though to spend that quality time with my partner.

Let me start off by saying the place gets busy. They get booked up on reservations, and it is very popular. If you can understand that and can wait a little bit for your service, then please give this place a try! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The reviews I read spoke on how bad the service was, but I felt it was just fine considering how busy they were. Our server was nice and friendly, helping us with our food choices. We had the full fondue experience for two and adored it. Each course came out at a reasonable time, giving us time to chat, relax, and enjoy each other's company. The cheese was amazing and the portions were perfect. The meats and vegetables were great, and the server explained to us how to properly cook, and taught us to not contaminate our forks. The cook times were listed at the table so we could follow them. The dessert chocolate was excellent, and the dipping choices were all good ranging from fruit to dessert treats. Overall we loved our experience, but once again I say if you think waiting 15 minutes for your food is too horrid, then don't come here. This is a place to sit and enjoy your date and your time. We were here about two hours for the whole experience and would do it again for sure.

We’ve been here several times and it’s always a delicious treat. Service is excellent and very friendly. There’s always a good amount of seasoning on the meat, regardless of what you order. We like the plain court bouillon for the main course which gives such a good flavor to the veggies and whatever else you’re cooking. There’s handy cooking times listed on the table for when you inevitably forget the times your server tells you. The Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue is the best with the candied pecans and the rum that they flambé. You can always get extra dippers too! We tried several different drinks this time which were all very good, and also very boozy. We would recommend the Tipsy Turtle and the White Chocolate Cappuccino, which is a great way to finish the meal. We always leave stuffed! Well worth the price in our opinion.

Finally made it back since Covid and it was just as good as we remembered. We went on a Wednesday and they had a current special that we could get a charcuterie board with our cheese fondue. If you’re looking for some protein options, or just something a little extra to go with all the bread, then I definitely recommend ordering the charcuterie board. We did the 3-course meal option (cheese fondue, salad, and chocolate fondue) and were plenty full by the end of the meal. For our cheese fondue, we did the Classic Alpine (still holding hope that the Deep Dish Pizza fondue will come back one day). I had the Apple Bacon Spinach salad and my husband had the Caesar salad (both were delicious). Then for our dessert, we did The Original (crunchy pb & milk chocolate) and added an extra tray of dippers. I also tried the Very Berry Lemonade and it was very refreshing. Our server Bridget (and Tucker who was training) made sure we always had what we needed and did a great job of taking care of us. Overall, had another good experience and will definitely go back soon (definitely sooner than 3 years like this time lol)!
