Smashburger

I am very dissatisfied with Smash burger. On feb 10 2021 I tried for 30 minutes to reach them to place my order. All I kept getting was a recording so I left work to go there and placed my order. When I got my order I thought that it was done kind of quick but went back to work and started eating my lunch. I got halfway through my burger when I found that their were pink spots. I tried once again to reach someone but of course still a recording. I can't just leave again to take it back and nor do I want any more food from them. I don't like wasting my money and they should serve under cooked food.

It was okay. This was my first time trying Smashburger. I was glad I could get a burger with lettuce as a bun. I was disappointed they couldn’t do onions. Their burger patties are very thin, and I wish I knew that so I could’ve done a double. The burger was good. Nothing super special. It wasn’t as filling as I’d like (I don’t eat a lot either). I got some fries and they were fine. Only had to wait 10 minutes for two burgers and two sides of fries.

The food was good. I had the Truffle Mushroom and Swiss burger with potato fries. My wife had the same burger but regular fries. My daughter had the kids chicken strips, fries, and drink and my son had the kids meal burger, fries, and drink. No refills on drinks. The reason for 3 stars is because of cost is high for quantity of food. Our meal was just over $40. Could of gotten basically same thing cheaper at McD’s.

Worst place ever! At least this one in chesterfield location is . Never is anyone inside to order you have to yell for someone than wait forever for your food even if you called ahead you still wait 30 mins for food. They never get the correct order and cake your food with mayo to the point you don't taste burger or chicken and your scraping it off it looks like icing on a cake .The staff is never friendly or helpful.. If I could give zero stars I would.
