Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a follow up review from last week. I am so happy to share that I called to order after work tonight and the staff was very professional and provided impeccable customer service! The best part of the experience is that they actually had a variety of bread to choose from this time. I was told in previous experiences they only had white bread. This really made my day and is reflective of the standards and values the company sets across the nation. Thank you so much to the attentive and professional staff members on shift tonight. I am truly grateful and look forward to coming back for more.

1st time trying the subs (which was awesome! Better than Firehouse, Jimmy Johns, and Subway), but the highlight of our visit was the experience of the staff! Its a family owned franchise, and they are very fun, welcoming, and down to earth people. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we visited twice in one day! 👍🏽 We will be back with the family to dine really soon!

This location cannot make an order correct to save their lives. We’ve had deliveries now 3 times and food was completely wrong and they have not refunded 2/3 times and the one they did was only partial. Never a manager on duty to deal with. Just always kids with bad communication and poor customer service training...if any at all. Do yourself a favor order somewhere else. It’s not hard to just read and follow instructions. Even when busy. Laziness and no excuse. We will not order from here ever again.
