Papa Johns Pizza

I have ordered from this specific location several times. I always order online, the last 4 or 5 times I've ordered nearly exactly the same order and every time it's amazing. And at least the last 3 times I ended up being like 20 minutes late to pick the pizza up and it was still amazing. I always do carry out, and the curbside is simple. I park in the fire lane, just like their employees do , put my hazards on, and call the store. Sometimes it takes a minute for them to answer but then they do and they bring me my pizza. I prefer this location too. For a while I ordered from the store on Manchester Rd and every single time the garlic butter sauce tasted and smelled like fish. This location has good garlic butter sauce.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s multiple times (usually good for what you pay for). The wait was long, which is okay, that happens, but the pizza was terrible. I received cold, hard pizza... Called the store and they credited the order, but acted very upset when asked to send a new pizza. I didn’t want a free, cold pizza. I wanted a fresh, warm pizza, a pretty typical expectation when ordering a pizza. Haha needless to say will not be eating here for a long while.

Terrible service! I called when I arrived & they said they would bring it right out. 15 minutes later I called back to check the status. I was told my order was for carryout. I said yes it is & that is why I am in the parking lot waiting. I was told to park in the FIRE LANE & then they would bring out my order. The food was old and cold.
