They never get your order right. Today the woman on the speaker could not get our order right after 3 minutes. They have numbers next to the meal, this is not that hard. We actually left before finishing the order because it has taken so long and we had zero confidence they would get the order right and the inside is closed.

The 3 crispy chicken was redropped tasted like old grease very dark brown and slimy, the lettuce was old and brown, and the sandwiches were sloppy mayo all over the plave we had to wipe off with a napkin and the fries were supposed to be no salt. We waited 17 mins for this mess. HORRIBLE and I've been trying to call to complain over 20 mins and someone evidently took the phone off the hook. You would think being in Chesterfield the food and service would be great.. TOTALLY WRONG THIS DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE CREW AND MANAGERS NEED TO BE RETRAINED BECAUSE THE FOOD SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SENT OUT LIKE THIS.

Got a Filet of fish meal 2 weeks ago. Got home 10 mins later the bun of the sandwich had been microwaved so many times you could not bite into it and the fries were cold. Just went thru now explained the situation and he said ( the manager) that he couldnt do anything without a receipt!!! I am absolutely furious at the customer service

The remodel was a good call, looks a million times better. And they are always very friendly when we go in.

Got breakfast there a few days ago and saw manager not wearing her mask but kept it on her chin- she was standing talking to her employees who also had their mask under their noses. management cannot set an example or hold a standard for mask wearing. Will not be returning

The best place I have been so far. The area was clean and the staff had amazing attitudes. The food was hot and it didnt take long in drive thru.

I went at 1040am to try the Travis Scott meal. The burger was so drrrrry😝 and the fries was not 😡 but tolerable to eat if you are hungry. I really like this place but today was a Sarah desert can't find water day.
