Great experience on a very very busy day!! Lexy was our waitress and she went above and beyond. Mother's day and our daughters birthday dinner turned out great. Drinks were yummy as always! Ribs were a bit over cooked, but again, it was super busy and that has never happened before. Thanks again for an amazing Texas Yeeha!!

This was really a 3.5 but I rounded up for the excellent service. We ordered steaks and they were pretty good. The burger was way undercooked but we just left that alone. There is high volume turnout here so the fact that they get all this together quickly is impressive. Our waitress was excellent. The drinks were excellent too. I'd recommend visiting during off peak hours. I also think they could deep clean this place and it would bring the overall experience up.

Was very excited to come here on my birthday but was let down by our waiter,he barely came to see If we needed anything,paid way more attention to the older people there,we would've tipped him really good too,the manager Tim there got the rest of his tip since he was the one coming by to see if we needed anything else,our steaks weren't cooked the way we asked but other then that they we're good except for our waiter,

Usually love texas roadhouse, dine in almost weekly. Yesterday I ordered a carry out and came to pick it up. I told them my name and they gave me one bag with one meal in it when I had ordered 4 meals total. I told them I was missing 3 more sirloin meals and they carelessly grabbed another bag and gave it to me and I left. I got home and realized they had given us the complete wrong order and we had another persons bag. The first bag was correct, but the second bag they gave us belonged to someone else. Had to drive all the way back and when we got there they said “We gave you the wrong order didn’t we?” as they had recognized me. They gave us our correct order and were not apologetic and seemed not to care. When I had finally gotten home again after all this my food was ice cold and my medium rare steak looked very rare. The customer service was not to standard and neither was the food.

Don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. Whether Steak, Chicken, Fish, Ribs or the extras, they are all cooked to perfection. Even the Iced Tea hits the right spot. The staff is top notch. They are friendly and meet your needs with timely execution. And other than longer table wait times from time to time, there is no waiting for anything else. Give it a try!

Phenomenal service and fresh food! I spent $92.00 for four meals plus appetizers which is a pretty good deal considering the portions of food. Everything was fresh and hot when we received it but when we got home (15minutes away), we didn’t receive the side “kick”of ribs.! I called them and everyone was very polite, prompt, and helpful. The manager Sam was very nice and she ended up giving us more rolls and replacing the ribs with a full slab since i had to come back out in the rain! Thanks again! I really appreciate the way the situation was handled.

Just went in and had a terrible steak. Ordered medium rare and it was basically blue. Had it sent back and when I got it back it was devoid of any flavor. The meat was very under-seasoned. The best the manager would do was give me $5 off for a $25 meal where the baked potato was the best part. Also, to start the day off they forgot about us when I was waiting to get a table. The waitress was great however.
