Worst experience ever! AFTER DRIVING 20 MINS away because arbys at gratiot and hall rd closed at 9pm we get to 23 mile rd arbys At 915 all lights was off could hardly see the menu. Website says they are open til 12 , thats a lie. Apparently the close at 10 pm per Gregory our rude sarcastic order taker! To top it off they was out of crinkle fries, refused to make more also out of roast beef ....... when I pull up to pay , Gregory was laughing and rolling his eyes , for a very grown adult his behavior was not acceptable along with the lady who looked to be the manager packing our order and still managed to leave off one of our sliders . At this point they should just close down permanently as far as I'm concerned !!! Horrible. Do better ARBYS

Always good! Love the shakes n turnovers here! Surprisingly their fish sammich is really good here! N the ppl who work here are always kind n make me n my 6yo laugh n smile!

Terrible service. All the staff was outside smoking and talking. They would not attend to our needs. I heard one person tell the other worker I don’t know why they even pulled up. This is a sorry excuse for a 34 hour establishment when the workers want to smoke outside and not work. It’s ridiculous

Staff was very nice and helpful. I tried the Reuben but I would stick to Arby's regular sandwiches. I didn't think the Reuben was worth it. The restaurant was also very clean.

This is what your crispy chicken slider from this Arby's will look like. They should be embarrassed to serve this to customers. (will not return, generic automatic owner review, I am local and will warn others)

Arby’s ripped me off. I placed an online order at 10pm and they close at 11pm. I went up there and sat there at the window while they closed an hour early to be ignored for 20 minutes. Eventually after honking my horn a guy came to the window and told me he couldn’t issue me a refund for my order but told me he was the “manager” he definitely was not the manager because if he was he would have been able to issue the refund or at least give me a gift card for the amount that I paid for the order. They ripped me off of $30 worth of food. He said they are closing early because of Covid hours when that’s not true because they are originally opened until 1am and with Covid hours they are open until 11pm. Very disrespectful to not give me a refund or at least a gift certificate/gift card in the amount that I ordered. My order showed up on their screen and they were completely ignoring my order because they wanted to close an hour early. Did not call me to tell me that they were closing early nor did they turn off their online ordering prior to them closing early. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend placing online orders with them or you could be ripped off without a refund just like me!

Got the 2 for fish sandwichs and a chicken sandwich, wait was long in drive thru and thought everything was being made so we were fine with the wait but everything we got was cold and tasted like old oil
I shouldn't have to microwave a $20 order I got 3 minutes prior
