Always Great! Staff was fast and friendly. I met a friend for lunch and was there quite along time chatting and catching up. It was not real busy and I told the The Guy if they got busy we would hurry and leave. He said not to worry and stay as long as we wanted. We bought 4 custards to go. And tipped.

Made my order waited awhile, a girl brought out my order-seemed light. I looked into the bag I only had a burger- missing fries and shake??? How can you forget 2/3 of the meal? Had to wait some more. Check your order because they won't. Food was good though.

I had always wanted to try Culver's so I was really looking forward to having lunch. I was disappointed. First, the person on the register was obviously new and unsure of himself which is understandable, but the rest of the crew just let him struggle instead of properly training or assisting him. I felt bad for the guy. The burgers were very over cooked and dry so we ended up throwing away half of each burger. The ice cream and shake were very good but that was the only part we enjoyed. I think the management needs to get involved and ensure everybody is receiving the proper training in the kitchen and at the counter

We have tried this location a couple of times now and the food has been amazing. Hot and fresh burgers and really tasty ice cream. My only complaint is that we never get napkins lol

Culver's is a good place to eat. That being said, the Culver's in Chesterfield is by far the worst. I have been going there for several years and it is almost always a bad experience. Today's order was the worst I've had. We got two concrete mixers which were literally shakes and they did not have the correct ingredients. The manager did offer to remake them, but the custard wasn't ready. I won't be going back.

Sat and waited for 45 minutes for our food to find out they didn't have the meal ticket rang in to the kitchen so had to wait an additional 10-15 more minutes on 2 burgers and 2 fries. Food was great and obviously fresh just had to wait an hour to eat.

I revoke my 5 star review that iv had on here for 2 years. For years i have ordered the same meal on my lunch break at work,so many times in fact they would recognize my voice through the drive thru speakers. I used to adore the servide i got, it was 5 star service and 5 star food. Recently, in the last few months the quality of service and food is hardly worth eating, let alone the prices for the food. I used to brag about how Culver's was better than most restraunts, and now when I receive a burger it's falling apart, cold and dry. I know what the burger is supposed to taste like, I never order anything different. I'm allergic to mayo and iv had a discussion with the staff discreetly because I didn't want anyone to get into trouble for being new. Iv gotten a bad meal in the past and iv had managment promptly fix my order and compensate me for my time. The last time I visited Culver's my meal was completely incorrect. I ordered a double bacon deluxe basket no mayo, no pickle. I received a double cheeseburger basket with mayo no bacon. I found this out when I got home, I was confident they had my order downtown a T because the young man repeated my order back to me and assured me my burger wouldn't have mayo. I was very busy as is, and was very disappointed I couldn't eat lunch given I was working on a vehicle at home, and couldn't afford the side affects of the mayo. I know this sounds ridiculous but in allergic to egg yolks, so the amount of mayo in burger will make my insides scream fire. I had my girlfriend return to Culver's for them to replace everything incorrectly again. This time no mayo, but no bacon. I paid an extra 3 dollars for sandwiches that weren't correct. Gas is 5 dollars a gallon. It costs me roughly 7 dollars one way and back. It cost me 15 dollars, plus 30 dollars for the meal that was incorrect. When my girlfriend arrived the 2nd time to get her money back for food uneaten, they said they would remake the order, but not refund because the receipt was unreadable. So after spending a 15 dollars in gas, 30 dollars for an overpriced meal and 2 star service iv concluded that lov a burger is superior to Culver's in every way. It costs 2 dollar more to get real food, where they have great service, and a wide menu. Honestly, it would take alot for me to come back to Culver's and speak so highly of it again. Iv gotten the run around like this more than once, but this time was a joke. Something seriously needs to be fixed or I doubt this location will stay open. Rip culvers

Past two times I have been here which is in the past month I have waited over 15 mins for my food while I watched plenty of others get their food an leave. My boyfriend had to walk into the building tonight after waiting 22 mins for our food. FINALLY got it, which they said it was “remade” but when we got home which is 5 mins away our fries were hard as rock an cold, our burger buns were completely soggy to the point we couldn’t even eat them. So to say every experience we have had there is terrible shows that I won’t be going back & they lost a customer.
