Chicken Shack Restaurant

I continue to go back because it’s close to home and an easy meal once in a while but the wait time has gotten worse and worse over the last year or so. Every time we go to pick up food it’s an additional 20+ minute wait so we decided to order ahead online and schedule a pick up time. When we arrived to pick up, they stated they never got the online order and we have double checked our confirmation. We also ordered online because the last few times we have tried to order, the phone rings and rings without an answer. I really hope they can get it figured out to lower wait times.

I'm really confused.... Is this a real Chicken Shack location or is this a off brand? I went once and haven't been back and here is why, I'm a HUGE fan of the Chicken Shack Cole Slaw it's one of the best things from there... But when did the Slaw have Tomato's, did not taste like it? The Chicken was dry and the famous potato's were good. I'd like to know though if this is something with the Slaw or if there is a change in the overall Chicken Shack recipe... I'll try again sometime, but so far NOT impressed when I went at least.

I waited 26 minutes in your drive thru just the place a order to find out you were out of a lot and then couldn't substitute it for something else then got to the window and got told it will take 10 minutes and sat there for another 25 minutes. While watching an employee sit on her phone instead of helping the back. Was going to call in the order and that just kept ringing. Will not be back. I shouldn't have to pay $60 for dry chicken, cold potatoes and no cloesaw.

Their food is very hit or miss. Recently, ordered their Chicken Bites Dinner and was more than a little disappointed. Plus, I’d ordered a Coke and a Coke was not what I’d received. I got something I was allergic to (Orange Soda). If you were out of the product, why not just provide a refund with an explanation as to why.
