Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food I received from Chipotle was absolutely terrible and there really is no other way to put it. It's probably difficult to see from the photo I posted but the burrito they served me had almost nothing inside but beans and rice. When I pay $12.00 for a burrito, I expect it to have meat inside of it. I'd have been more than happy with a food portion half the size that was made properly. What's worse is that we don't live in Chesterfield so we went 25 minutes out of our way to eat at Chipotle. The 3.8 star review rating this establishment has is surprising considering how many people have given this place the 1 star rating it deserves. My girlfriend and I just paid over $30.00 to have beans and rice for dinner.

First time ordering at Chipotle. I left qdoba and thought there would be a difference in quality of food. Even though you have to order chips when I got home I opened the bag to find 17 chips. I mean I thought this was a joke.. that was totally Unacceptable. Dont take my words for it just look at the level of disrespect.. let me know now if this is what is expected and ill just go buy doritos or tortilla chips from Walmart before buying?

Stopped in tonight at 8:30, there was 3 employees standing around chit chatting… meanwhile the food area was SO nasty. Food everywhere, most of the food was out. Instead of standing around talking they should have been making more food. They don’t close until 10. So disappointed, my food was just slapped on, and big handfuls of cheese. I love the cheese but not that much. No reason for it to be that messy in the place, no forks no napkins out.

Person helping me acted irritated I that I was even there. We were very kind and nice. She proceeded to rip my burrito and asked for another to double wrap it. I jokingly said that’s what I wanted anyway to make her feel better about it and she up-charged me for her mistake. Great burrito, awful service. I work in customer service and I understand that it’s hard to find workers, but honestly I would have rather waited in line way longer for someone more willing to help me than someone who treated me this way. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location

Worst Chipotle in metro Detroit. Took my money through the app even though it closed at least an hour early without notice. Staff says I can't get a refund on site. It's taking several days to process my refund. This store consistently closes at random times. This Chipotle is hot trash, and I'm out of patience with it. The service has gone in the toilet, and nothing is being done about it. Corporate should be embarrassed by how poorly it is run.

Haley the lady that cashes out customers had been the one who rings up my boyfriend & I is such a low class, unprofessional, lack of service rude lady who must hate her job. She never gives me what I ask for although my money is paying and well today was the last draw when my boyfriend walked in & ordered a bowl & asked for quac with it, they had just finished making a fresh batch but Hayley said “there is no quac” once I proceeded to pay she then looks over to the employee and said “are we still good on quac” & the employee said “yes” not even asking to wait a minute although it was already done making instead she glanced at me & smirked. I will be going further than just writing this review. Save a trip & go to hall with no troubles. This is has become a terrible location because of her. Just lost customers that have been coming here for month
