Solid pizza, usually great friendly service. (This is just one small bad experience listed below but 5 stars other wise, because the food and pricing is unbeatable, and owners are pretty funny and very nice.) -when I recently called at 7:55pm on a Sunday to order I was told they are no longer taking orders, I apologized saying “I’m sorry, I thought the closing time was 9:00pm.” and was told by the young man “We close between 8:00pm-9:00pm” I think hours should be made a little more official and changed to 8:00pm if that is the case.. under promise over deliver, if one day your willing to get pizzas out a bit later that’s great, but maybe please adjust the time your last willing to take orders, to your closing time. (And of course I understand the situation above could have been due to a emergency etc, so despite that I do not believe this place with one sorta bad experience deserves anything less than 5 stars, they are still usually always nice and empathetic and have super good pizza for really really good pricing.)

I enjoy supporting small businesses but they make it hard to do so. First off the female on the phone spoke like she didn't want to be there and then hung up after she said it would be about 30 minutes without giving me a price or anything. Now onto the food. The subs were good but would be better if the deli meat was fresh but that was about it. The rest of it i could tell was bought frozen and tastes horrible. Wings and mozzarella sticks to be more specific but it wouldn't surprise me if the crust for the pizza was fromwn too. The fries were the same frozen and microwaved so they were soggy and tastes like cardboard. They would make a lot more money, spend less money and have a better clientele base if everything was fresh.

We eat here all the time, of course we don't have a lot of options living in the sticks lol. The pizza is good. My hubby likes to ask for it well done or he thinks it's a little undercooked. The staff is friendly and if you pick it up its pretty quick. They also carry 2 liters that you can pick up. Our favorites are the porkinator and the Greek pizzas. My little one thinks their cheese is too spicy so she's not a fan.

Good, fresh, nicely prepared/cooked quality food. Extremely conveniently located to me. Hate their choice of business hours and days. Food prices are higher than most other places that serve the same food. Once you order your food, expect a longer than nessesary wait time. Yet where I live, they're the only place that will deliver to my house.

BEST PIZZA EVER! Look no further pizza lovers. I you don’t like pizza I still recommend this because it will change your life. I am an avid pizza lover myself and have lived in Virginia my entire life and been to numerous pizzerias. Everything from delivery to Richmond Virginia’s finest dining restaurants. Rascals exceeds all expectations. You will not be disappointed!! Support this local business, I would eat a large pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day for the rest of my life.
