Qdoba Mexican Eats

Ordered online and I'm very satisfied. Order was ready to be picked up when they said it would be and the staff was friendly and helpful. Food was hot and tasted good and fresh. Big portions! Love the new things they added to the menu. Best of all, adding Guacamole and queso is free! 100% better than the nearby Chipotle.

Big Qdoba fan but it continues to disappoint. Order three items and not one of them were made to what was ordered. 2 out of 3 were completely screwed up. Order chicken quesadilla and received this veggie thing, plus it was cold. Ordered chicken street tacos (did have chicken on them) but none of the other items. They were cold. Closet to the pin was the burrito (only missing two ingredients) but stone cold. Inconsistency is the word.

I would give 5 stars but the atmosphere was not welcoming. There was a worker, Noor, that was standing at the wall talking to 2 guys. The way they were talking and how one went to the back, i think they or he worked there. But while they were at the table all they kept doing while people are in the restaurant eating was being loud and obnoxious and cursing. There was a mom there as well with her kids. Not something they should have been hearing. The manager on duty told her to go do something, she told him to wait and when he told her no now, she rolled her eyes and made comments about him telling her to do something to these guys. If she doesnt want to work, why is she there?. Besides that, food was great. Just need to work on keeping it a family friendly restaurant.

Edit. Qudoba reached out to me to make this right. Unfortunately I have moved from the area and am not able to take them up on it. Given that they were willing to make it right I am revising my review up to what I would normally give them from past visits. (original review) Ordered steak fajita quesadillas. Supposed to have steak, cheese, fajita veggies, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce, pico. Basically got steak and cheese. My wife and I got the same thing and hers was the same.
