The best Bojangles in South Carolina, every time I go I feel like I'm in that other Chicken restaurant where they always treat you nice at, I don't want to say the name you know how that go it about Bojangles and they open on Sunday and they treat you nice every time I go there good customer service!!!

We went for some good chicken last night after my daughter and her friends first nad concert. All of us went as a group. 9 people. We place out order at 7:45 ...after waiting for almost 30 mins my husband and I went to see what was going on....they "lost" our order the woman explained to me. I was furious. However they offered no apology or anything for that matter to try and make our bad situation better. It still took 30 mins to get our food after we ask about our order and a other 15 mins for the tea. I am very disappointed with the service and my experience with our favorite place to eat chicken in my home town....by far the worst experience I have had a fast food restaurant in a while. It is usually Wendy's that gets everything incorrect.....like dang bojangles

Ms Ashley Howard is the best ever the best biscuits maker it is I love eating there she welcome u with a big smile on her face she #1 when it come down to ur food the young lady have much Respect for everyone just the nice as she could be the nexts time u at bojangles in Chesterfield ask to see her I wish they had many more like her ...
